I'm not sure how good it is, the flash is nice but the ability is rather conditional (and only targets creatures) and it can't be a good attacker like Flickerwisp (evasive 3-power).
I'm not even sure that it is better than Stonecloaker (better evasive body, can save from removal and minor GY removal)
if we intend to target our own creatures.
I really like the look of Devoted Crop-Mate. Especially in a Mono White Build, you get to return Thraben Inspector, Wall of Omens, or Lone Missionary. Exert it then flicker it to exert again next turn. Possibly worth testing over Blade Splicer.
He might be playable though the attack condition can be problematic in this deck as you'd rather leave creatures to block before you stabilize/establish contol of the board.
White got some powerful cards in this set. Cast Out and Angel of Sanctions can hit non-creatures, Gideon might brick some combos.
Lately, I find that the only White cards I want to play in this deck are Path and Wrath... which is awkward for a deck that needs to play all Plains!
BW with Push, Path and discard has a lot ways to cheaply interact in a relevant way with a fast format. That's what I'm leaning towards now, even though I like Green's ramp and Prime Time a lot.
M1 - grixis shadow: 2-0, i felt blown out the last time I played a shadow deck (jund), but this one felt much easier. Shadow decks have a limited card advantage engine when their creatures aren't eating yours every turn. The deck basically has 8 threats, and is slow enough to allow the emeria / titan engine to grind it out.
M2 - eggs: 2-1, he got game one with the combo, I sided in all my counter magic and was able to stick a creature with counter mana open in both subsequent games.
M3 - esper mill: 0-2, I would have needed a lot more counter magic in the side to win here. Mind funeral and glimpse the unthinkable followed up with surgical extraction on all my win cons did me in.
M4 - abzan: 0-2, both games were very grindy, with the either side feeling like it was winning throughout the match. Does anyone else side out d-sphere to avoid blowouts from abrupt decay here?
M5 - BG: 2-1, grindy games like with Abzan, but I was able to pull ahead. New addition restoration angel was helpful against new liliana.
M6 - melira company: 0-2, game 1, I mulled to 5. By game 2 I'm exhausted and no hope of reaching top 8 led to suboptimal play. As a result, im not sure where this deck truly stands in this matchup, or the best sideboard hate for it. Anybody care to fill me in?

Thanks for the report! To answer your question about siding out Detention Sphere because of Abrupt Decay my oppinion is that its not worth it. You should never pyhche yourself out by boarding this way. Against Abzan you can always use Detention Spere to get Lingering Souls tokens if you're worried. I would only consider boarding it out if your opponent brings in multiple hate cards from the side i.e. Golgari Charm and Malstrom Pulse.
Overall your games were around average. What in particular did you find difficult about the Meleria Company match? I've always found it to be a great matchup, bar a sneaky Scavenging Ooze, Emeria just out values and grinds them out. Just remember to hold up instant speed interaction for the sac outlet while the persist trigger is on the stack. Our wrath effects are also very good in this matchup. Prefferably Wrath of God to fight through Golgari Charm.
I've been thinking about trying to brew the bant list after I try playing the UW list for awhile. I've been thinking of trying Realmwright to maybe help with mana fixing and turning ghost quarters and islands into plains. Has anyone mentioned rralmwright before. It's probably really janky but I thought it might open up three color versions of Emeria to cheat their mana base slightly
@fincown - Thanks for the feedback! It was an end step abrupt decay on a d-sphere holding a seize rhino that did me in, but at that point we were both just topdecking so it could have gone either way.
Regarding the Melira matchup, I looked over some decklists online and I think I have all the right disruption - spreading seas, path, wrath effects - is there anything else you would side in? For example, is it worth a pithing needle for viscera seer? Or would you bring in countermagic for coco and chord?
On a side note, I think I'm going to give knight of the white orchid a try over pilgrim's eye (as a 2 of). Has anyone gone down this road and turned back?
Hi guys i am new here, i been reading/playing with this deck for the past week or so. First it was just for fun and then it up been pretty good vs a lot of tier 1 decks specially creature base. This is the list i'am running.
@spacestuff - No problem, it's always fun to read an event report. Plus it gives everyone a chance to learn from each others games.
Anyway in regards to sideboarding against Melira Company I would definetly side in Pithing Needle. It's great against the combo and can also hit Gavony Township in a pinch which is an alternate win con.
I'm unsure about the countermagic, granted I've only played Mono White Emeria in this matchup. From past experience though once you shut down the combo very few cards in Melira Company are threatening. I don't think you need extra countermagic.
Lastly about Knight of the White Orchid over Pilgrims Eye. I think that you need to test this yourself. However, personally KotWO never worked out for me. I always ended up holding it in hand until turn 4+ because I wanted to get value out of it. Pilgrims Eye, while admitidly a terrible card is a necissary evil. It does everything you need it to do, badly.
Has anybody considered the new card approach of the second sun as a one of? Am finding that my list has plenty of ways to slow the game to a crawl and grind out value, but not always something that will win me the game at any reasonable speed.
With the excessive card draw/filtering this deck can get lategame you could have AOTSS back in your hand in 2 turns easily I'd think.
Unfortunately, reasonable speed is not a part of this decks game plan. I've gone to turns many times and been forced to draw games I would have won. Approach of the second sun is a fair option to wrap things up, but it's going to spend a lot of time waiting in your hand when you will be wanting removal or a value creature/chump blocker.
If you want to speed things up, try restoration angel. I added it to my list as a 2 of, and it's been great. It provides extra blink effects and a strong clock.
More idle thinking than anything. There is a lot of skred where I play so my Titans end up exiled some of the time.
If you're looking to present a faster clock and dodge Anger of the Gods, I would recomend Restoration Angel. For the sideboard you could also consider Kor Firewalker and Mark of Asylum.
Only played three rounds tonight due to a small turnout.

Hey guys, here's my attempt to try a three color emeria list. I've seen time and time again people saying that three colors is a strain on the mana base but after play testing it seems like it can win at least 1 match at an FNM. Wanted to test Realmwright to make everything a plains but it seems like a low impact card that'll often be dead.
Also, does anyone have any feedback on my mortarpod/blasting station split. Don't know what would be optimal. I'm pretty terrible at brewing so any feedback would be appreciated!

1x Unburial Rites
1x Wrath of God
2x Disenchant
4x Negate
1x Spellskite
4x Spreading Seas
2x Stony Silence
2x Tormod's Crypt
Is pretty standard for what i understand the average of this deck archetype looks like but i'am playing 4x Gifts Ungiven 1x Unburial Rites 1x Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite 1x Iona, Shield of Emeria in the place of Pilgrim's Eye/Mortarpod with great success. Because of Gifts Ungiven i have some single cards in order to make gift piles more effective. Another thing that i have notice is that deck the has a pretty bad time fighting tron so the SB has some answers in the form of Spreading Seas and Negate.
Any feed back will be appreciated.
