Don't know about the discord, I'm not usually on there.
As for the manabase of your bant emeria list, I would recommend trimming to 3 - 5 fetchable dual lands. Also add more basics for steve and pilgrim's eye to search out, cut back on emeria, 2 - 3 is optimal especially with KotR. Finally try squeezing in 1 - 3 other utility lands to fetch out with KoTR, things like blast zone, ghost quarter, or field of ruin.
Reclaimation Sage is almost strictly worse than Knight of Autumn in a deck that can cast it.
I personally wouldn't play a UG creature in a deck that's trying to play a plains every turn. This is because you will deal yourself anywhere from 2 - 6 damage if we want to cast it on turn two. Usually more if you fetch dual lands to support emeria.
Maybe wall of blossoms, more sakura-tribe elder or charming prince would be better in that slot?
If you add more steve and charming prince I would also suggest removing the pilgrims eye for renegade rallies as it is a combo loop with CP.
Talking about tutorable 1-drops Gideon's Lawkeeper (Goldmeadow Harrier) is an option, it is unexciting but can tap down opponent's best creature when necessary
(even an Emrakul if it comes to that).
Wouldn't it still just be better to play Giant Killer? Its tutorable situational removal but the creature half can still be used to tap something down.
I would like to see how Elvish Reclaimer is with RCoE in an emeria shell. Seems almost like a cheaper, tutorable, KoTR.
I'm just not sure how good the (overcosted) "Reprisal mode" even is to be worth it and as a tapper he is less efficient than Lawkeeper.
Reclaimer is interesting though you could just go with Primeval Titan to get 2x Emeria as a top-end and it is much better than KotR in the deck anyway.
Usually modal cards do tend to cost more mana. Think Izzet Charm, a two mana Careful Study, Spell Pierce or Shock would be unplayable. It's only when you combine all three options for greater flexibility that the heavier resource investment becomes worthwhile.
Plus every adventure card is technically card advantage. It kills a creature and puts and creates board presence for later. I still probably won't play it though.
For me, the main reason in playing a singleton Giant Killer is the kill spell. Being a body with a tap ability after the kill spell is used is a just a bonus. Being a modal card makes this thing good, even if both halves are overcosted by one mana.

On other things, is there a deck you think we need to add in the matchups section in the primer? I also plan to update that section when I update the primer with cards from Eld.
I'm unsure if bant soulherder is considered a real deck yet. Five color niv did win a big mtgo modern event recently. I haven't played against either enough to develop a firm understanding of the matchup though.
I haven't seen "Whir-Za" in the matchups section and it is a very real deck.
On the other hand all the faithless looting decks are wither dead or are undergoing some big changes.
Namely: "Hollow One" (probably dead), "UR Phoenix" (changing), "Dredge" (much weaker and less consistent but not dead) and "Mardu Pyromancer" (probably much different from what it was and more reliant on: Liliana, Chandra AoF and Seasoned Pyro).
With the help I got from people at my local modern and of the course the help I got on here I think my bant soulmeria deck is finished. I really like the deck and I think it's extremely good. I've played it vs almost everything except tron and a few others, it feels really nice and offers pressure and usually wins games before emeria is online. Thots?
I'm glad that you came to a build that you can enjoy. I don't think that your matchup against Tron will go very well, what with no countermagic or land destruction.
I'm also a little skeptical of only the one UW dual but can understand it because your only splashing U for eight cards across the 75.
Emeria is a control deck and as such needs to play more interaction imho, without it you can't expect to reach to late-game where the deck excels.
Going too far down the "cute" value/blink plan is something which should be avoided imho as you need to remember there is an opposing deck you need stop on the other side of the table and Emeria isn't exactly a proactive deck that can do its thing and ignore the opponent (i.e "goldfish").
This deck isn't supposed to be the grindy uw emeria control plan, it's a all in plan on the blink effects, the deck gets the job done much faster than uw emeria without having to have emeria online. Imo the regular uw emeria plan doesn't really cut it competitive wise as turn 8 is much too late even with lots of interaction.
Personally I don’t like to dip into 3 colors but that may be because there’s a few ponza and land destruction decks in my meta.
About the deck in itself I think it lacks some good old fashion walue (as in card draw). Charming prince is a fantastic 2 drop but in the early game it’s not as great as a draw from a wall of omens, and that’s pretty much the only draw engine you have. In my opinion there are a few too many flicker effects for the targets you have. Renegade rallier isn’t my favorite card either as each time I tried using him it just feels underwhelming and only works if we’re falling a bit behind. It has good sinergy with Sakura tribe elder but I don’t know if it’s enough as even the elder in a blink deck is a bit “off” even if it’s good to get to our late game plan.
I hope I didn’t sound to harsh or anything As every new has it’s merits, but as I don’t have that much experience in those colors I prefer to give you the reasons why I stick more to the UW version :b
Still if you take it for a spin make sure to put your results here as I’m sure everyone would like to know how it went!
If you dont want to play the grindy game emeria does, I highly recommend removing sun titan and emeria to concentrate to the flickering. Maybe something like Blade Splicer and Kitchen Finks is better here.

Unfortunately then this is not the same deck anymore, there is no thread to Bant Soulherder or Bant Blink both in the Stablished Forums and Deck Creation Forums, so I get why you posted your brew here, but although bant emeria CAN be a real thing to be discussed here, removing the namesake cards that actually make up the deck's engine is not that helpful overall, as there are people who like the grindy/control-esque and value-oriented playstyle. Again, Bant Soulherder IS a real deck, it is AWESOME to play with and to brew around, I just don't feel this is the place to do it. Maybe Doing a Primer over Deck-Creation? reaching out to Gabriel Nassif for some insight since he plays the damn deck everyday on stream ahahahaha. If you want any help too I would love to give some Insight since I play Both UW emeria AND Bant Soulherder at my LGS. <3

what do you guys think of this bant emeria deck? Is the mana being too taxed?

Hmm, ok noted.
Speaking of sideboard card. Perhaps builds that use Ranger-Captain of Eos might want one Giant Killer as a tutorable kill spell?

Hollow One and Izzet Phoenix might be removed if we run out of space in the primer. Right now, they can just stay there, since we still have space.
hmm, and Dredge is still dredge. They won an SCG classic even after looting got banned. https://www.starcitygames.com/decks/Star_City_Games_Classic/2019-09-01_Modern_Dallas
I've also seen some non-looting dredge lists 5-0 in magic online, so we should never underestimate the deck.
