What are your thoughts on Khalni Heart Expedition? 3 from the list that 3rd place at SCG Charlotte but 0 in the decks four decks that made top 32 in GP Atlanta.
My thoughts are this,Dredge was much more of a threat at Charlotte and she was playing 3 sweepers main deck with 3 Explores. The reason why Khali works so well is that Explore ramps and also helps you get deeper into your deck to find an answer to your opponent. Explore works really well with Khalni as well, since all you need is one fetch land and any other land to activate it. It makes kills faster with both Titan and Scapeshift.
The downside however is that it could be a dead card and by itself, something like Farseek is just better than both Explore and Khalni. I think 3 might be too many, but I'm not sure yet. Im going to go with 2 explore 2 Khalni and 2 Farseek.
Im also going with 0 Wood elves, 0 BBE, and 0 Growth Spasm. BBE is good in a fair meta, but right now, linear combo is king, even at my local meta, and i think we need to be even faster, which Khalni helps with
I used to ran 3 KHE, but then tuned down to 2. However, 3 BBE seems very good. KHE feels sometimes as a ''win more'' card, but then again, it's also a card that can get you to 6 or 7 lands in order to cast Primetime or Scapeshift. Overall, it's good and 2-3 are correct numbers. But I wouldn't play 0.
I got 3rd place at an IQ last weekend. I was in 1st place (4-0-2) going into top 8, beating: UW control, jeskai, mono-green tron, and dredge (as well as two intentional draws). I then beat the same jeskai player in the top 8, falling to bant spirits (who ended up winning the IQ in the top 4). I'm probably going to run the exact same 75 this weekend at Regionals.
Random thoughts.
1. I don't think you need to play Khalni Heart nor Bloodbraids in the main right now.
2. Angers and Relics in the main are very good in the meta right now (Snapcaster decks, dredge, humans, etc.).
3. Carnage Tyrant as my spicy meatball out of the board was super good and super relevant.
4. Hour of Devastation over 4th Anger/Suns effect was for Spirits/Humans (avoids indestructible and Spell Queller), but I will admit that Spirits is a very hard match-up, especially if they get multiple lords (Supreme Phantom) out.
Regarding Spirits, I heard people saying it's not a poor matchup, mostly because of Bolts and Anger of the Gods. Since I only played against it 3 times (2-1), I am going to defer to others' experience here.
I'm personally a little reluctant to let go of Bloodbraid Elf, mostly because it shores up the Control matchup and furthers an already amazing matchup in GBx, which I don't mind either. I think this is the first list I've seen where I would consider getting rid of Bloodbraid Elf entirely.
I also prefer 4 Cinder Glade and 2 Stomping Ground, with an extra Mountain, but we've all done that conversation many times here. I will admit that 4 Stomping Ground is probably right, because most of the experts here adhere to it.
As for Carnage Tyrant, I was about to try it, but I am unsure about how good it is compared with Thrun, the Last Troll. Playing that guy on turn 3 against Control decks seems to ensure a win for me so far, so I am on his team right now.

Thrun is usually good enough, but the thing is the control decks have Baneslayer and Baneslayer 2.0 now, thrun doesnt match up well against those. When you board in carnage tyrant, it allows you to board in hour of devastation vs the control deck as well. Gives you another option on taking out jace/teferi and sweeps up both angels as well.
I've been testing against spirits quite a bit, and they've been trouncing me consistently. I run a pretty stock list, but trying to win through 4 mausoleum wanderers and 4 spell quellers can be very difficult.

They call me Hank Hill because I bring the pro-pain.
Smooth 3-0 tonight, deck felt smooth and powerful. Beat Jeskai 2-0, Runaway Red 2-0, Sultai Midrange 2-1.
Damping Sphere on Runaway Red proved very, very efficacious.
Nice. Damping Sphere is strong. It probably would have been tough otherwise because that deck can be pretty fast.
Sorry I haven't been here much often. I have been busy playing this card, lol. The 2 decks I have locked in for tomorrow's Staples tournament (which I won last time with Titanshift) is Titanshift (run it back) or Cragganwick Cremator Toolbox (test this deck outside of FNM).

Not gonna lie, Cragganwick warms my timmy soul. But I'd play Titanshift still just because.
Maindeck relics put in work, I used to be against that because I like to be hyper linear but they really help to slowdown grave decks..... which a sizeable portion of the meta are these days (directly or indirectly relying on the grave).
Some sideboard questions for you :
1) Reclamation Sage or Nature's Claim ? I've became more interested in the first one when I realized that the ''gain 4 life'' was relevant for the opponent.
2) I run 2 Guttural Response for control matchups. I've very pleased with it. Not commun, but I find it surprising / good.
About the mainboard, I'm running 3 BBE and the deck feels like it has more angles. I'm seeing lists running Wood Elves and whatnot. BBE feels good as a 2-for-1 in my book, but sometimes is a nonbo with Scapeshift or Titan. I'm leaning toward keeping them, but I wanted to hear you out.
Hello everybody. I used to play RUG scapeshift and recently started putting this deck Together. My biggest difficulty playing this list is that I always found myself drawing a lot of landsssss when they are not needed. Any suggestion? I’m playing a very stock list with BBE And 27 lands.

Thank you all
27 lands is standard. Maybe more Explore to draw some cards, same thing with Relic of Progenitus in order to dig deeper.
Take a look at the list at the top of the page. You want to be running 4 Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle to increase the odds of Valakut triggers during a game. Also there should be some number of Cinder Glade. Most people here run 4 Stomping Ground and 2 Cinder Glade. If you want 2 Sheltered Thicket, I would consider cutting 1 of each. 7 Mountain, 3 Forest. No more.

What do you guys bring in against Tron ? Alpine or Crumble to Dust ? And against Storm, 2 Relic of Progenitus and 2 Damping Sphere ?
I used to bring in Crumble to Dust. It's tougher for them to respond with Warping Wail for Crumble than to Nature's Claim an Alpine Moon. I don't even think they run Warping Wail anymore. Storm? Yep, Relic and Sphere.
But...I wouldn't run Crumble to Dust in Titanshift anymore. I personally would still run the 1 of Beast Within, but it's probably not the best option.

Traded into a set of Through the Breach over GP Liverpool weekend.
Something I've been wanting to try for a loooooong time.
Anyone else on the breach plan? I have to admit I'm into the spikier versions of decks, so it appeals to me greatly. Before now I was on RUG shift which was my jam for absolutely ages and I know that deck inside out and back to front. This is a new venture for me and I'm looking forward to some nonsense instant speed shenanigans over the next few weeks and months.
And of course, what better way to inaugurate my building of this deck than to include a spicy emrakul or two for good measure. Is it viable? Barely. Seen competitive play? Surely, but not for a while. Fun? You bet your interdimensional butts.

Welcome back to the wonderful world of Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle. I also have played a lot of that card, including RUG Shift for 3 months straight many eons ago. I haven't played it for a while, but I probably would try Breach for a bit. The main issue is that I know how to play Titanshift very well, but Breach is one I haven't played quite as much or had feedback from Grinders on much.
