Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Actually i dont believe its that much of a delusion anymore.
what are we gonna do about this one boys? Doesnt hurt us as badly sine wer E tron. But still comes down way sooner than blood moon. Though it is hate for us I like WoTCs decision to print answers rather than go for bans.
On an untelated not I am stoked at how cool m19 looks after so many consecutive bad sets and not to mention it seems like they are setting up for ravnica with many of these printed cards. Perhaps shock and fetch lands coming soon? Idk if the core set will be legal i standard but if it is well im sure thats what theyre doing.

not very worrisome in my opinion. Just worse than damping sphere which is already low impact, at worst they take off tron still leaving E temple up, if turn 1 and 2 are spent doing that then they're pretty far behind in the power level of cards they're playing v a bunch of soon to land eldrazi. Decks boarding in multiple of these, you bring in your ratchet bombs.
my point is that taking e Tron off of Tron does not take all of our mana advantage, they also need a second to take care of E Temple. If an opponent has played that turn 1 and 2 then they haven't furthered any gameplan and now were already on turn 3 ready to start curving eldrazi. No maybe its not good enough, but Im betting that most of the time if an opp spent 2 turns and cards playing moon then it very well may be good enough.
from a numbers perspective we'll also have chalice down before that quite often, we fight that card proactively with chalice. They have to slam t1 or risk not ever casting it (or casting it way too late)
Not if theyre on the play. Not to mention if they have mana for ceremonious rejection or somethings similar. Things will deff get harder for us. You guys see that new single black mana “exile colorless creature” spell. Thats really not cool. This could make the mardu match up hell for us not to mention the jund one.
People need to chill about narrow hate cards. Infernal Judgment will see fringe play at the very most, and Alpine Moon will be a 1-2 of at most in red decks that want it, and this will be at the expense of other land hate cards in their sideboard. It's not going to make a big difference.
EDIT: I don't mean to discourage discussion about new cards, but I think people tend to gloss over how important it is that your sideboard cards are versatile in this format and how high the opportunity cost for including narrow ones is.
I still see Sea Gate Wreckage in many lists. Do players actually like this card? I found it very bad in the Serum Powder Eldrazi Stompy list, and am more inclined to run a Scavenger Grounds in that slot. Wreckage has been dead 99% of the time for me.

Totally agree, especially with lists running baby Karn and still running sea gate. Baby Karn gives way more card advantage and makes it so our hand is empty less. Buried Ruin has been doing absolute work for me, and I've needed multiple caverns now more than ever because control is being played a lot and they are attacking our caverns heavily.
Well, there is no doubt that nerfing Tron has been their intention in recent times. Ceremonious Rejection was the other big one. I guess you could argue that that card was designed with Standard in mind given that it was an artifact block and they didn't have the Play Design team on board yet thinking about Modern, but cards like Damping Sphere, Infernal Judgment and Alpine Moon are not relevant in Standard and are pretty clearly designed with hating Tron in mind. But as I said before, you can only fit a couple of these types of cards in your sideboard due to how narrow they are. Tron and Eldrazi Tron combined are still less than 10% of the Modern meta.
The other thing is that Damping Sphere is already a widely played and effective card against big mana. It's as versatile as it gets in that any deck can play it, and it only costs 2 mana. Better hate cards are not necessary (though I'm sure some people would disagree with this), and for that reason I'm not worried about it going forward. Alpine Moon is different enough in that it can shut off any tech land ie Cavern of Souls, Inventor's Fair, Inkmoth/Blinkmoth, Valakut, etc, and only red decks can play it, so I have no problem with it coming into the format.
Been having a good amount of success in comp leagues (6 straight 4-1 3-0 in another currently) with 4 chalice main, no mind stone, 1 little Karn, 1 big Karn, 1 Ugin. wurmcoil and second all is dust in the side, batter skull and basilisk collar main. Little Karn remains fine, think he's moving to the board though with a lot less control online recently. I'd love to replace him with a 2 or 3 drop if possible, I was considering a single eternal scourge as a low cost decent body with some added grind factor, but mainly because I can't figure out a better option.

How much Humans have you been seeing? I've played against it 5 times in my last 18 matches, which is pretty insane (playing Green Tron). I know you've said the matchup isn't that bad, and having Ugin, Batterskull and Collar main should help a bit, but is that enough to bring it to even? I guess it depends on how much hate you have in the sideboard, but the matchup has consistently felt awful to me from the E-Tron side unless I'm really warping the 75 to try to shore it up.
Yeah Hollow One is a rough one too. Have you been seeing Infect much? I've hardly seen it at all which is surprising after the PTQ finish. It's one of the reasons I played this deck last week, to capitalize on the Chalice value.
Ive run into BG infect 4 times in the last week or so but only once when i was playing E Tron and yes, the 2 games (1 and 3) I turn 2 chaliced on the play I won. the worrisome card is the plague stingers. Deck doesn't deal with flying threats in any cheap way other than dismember whereas chalice and tons of ground creatures fight the other 2 pretty well, reshaper value puts you ahead on the resource trading pretty well and tutorable GQ's (Im on 3) handle the ink moth's.
What would be a good spide board against other Tron decks? For some reason, anything my Colorless Eldrazi Tron can't handle, my aura's can and vice versa.
Chalice on 1: Keeps them off stars, spheres, stirrings, maps and cycling relics. Imo the strongest card in the matchup, if you are lucky and cast a chalice before their map and they dont have natural tron it often means gg for you
GQ+Surgical Extraction to keep them off Tron forever
Endbringer to keep wurmcoils and ulamogs in check
TKS to steal key pieces
Pithing needle against Karn, Ugin and maybe map
Altogether i feel we are pretty good positioned against Green Tron.
There is no way we are over 50% against Mono G tron. Sure you can steal a match by a chalice on 1, or T2 TKS T3 smasher curve, but over many games/matches they would win 55-60% of the matches at least IMO. They have 3 Thragtusk and 3 TKS often in the board, and 4-5 basic forests, if they land one of their 3 wurmcoils its over.
