Blood Moon is a card I've gone back & forth with. I haven't tried the C2D or Ashiok plans yet. The upside of C2D is that it flips Delver and can be flashed back (in theory anyway) with Snappy. I'd be bringing in Ashiok vs Control matches. I'm not sure how it will play out though. I've used Lili before, but found that Izzet Staticaster often does what I want much better and more efficiently. Lili may just be there right/better card, but I'm gonna give ol' Ashy a go once.
Hi guys I've been on delver for awhile and my list has been changing with a lot of help from this thread and my meta, but I have to say that blood moon has been an all star to the point where I'm running 3 in the board because the matches that it's just an auto win are plenty espeacialy with the removal and counter package that we are running
Blood Moon is a very safe inclusion. It lets you have a fighting chance against the decks that would otherwise quite easily go over us, such as Bant Eldrazi, Eldratron, Esper Draw Go. It also blows out Death Shadow decks, which is awesome, although one should be aware that Jund DS can tutor for other basics if they have a basic forest.

A note with Blood Moon: if you're playing with it, or suspect that you're playing against it, you want to prioritize fetching your basic swamp before your basic island (generally). The reason being is that your higher impact cards--the delve creatures, Terminate, Push, Kcommand--are the ones that you'll need to close out the game, and they all obviously need black. It's much harder to close out a game where a Blood Moon has landed if you don't have access to black mana. There are obviously times where the island will be better, but I've found in general it's safer to prioritize getting the Swamp first

Hello people ! I'm new to the world of grixis. Could you tell me the best pairings and the worst? Thanks
Oh hey fancy seeing u come over from 8rack. Mind posting your list here instead of a list? not too convenient for some of us to click on links.
Our worst pairings are Tron and UW control.
Our best pairings are other fair decks like Jund, Zoo.
Everything else is somewhere in between and may vary according to how you maindeck. (For example, metas with a large amount of burn may validate maindeck Collective Brutalities)

Been playing with this manabase for a while. Do you guys think I should switch a Watery Grave for a Darkslick Shores? I don't own Darkslick, that's why I played Watery to save a couple of bucks haha. Does it make a big difference?
Also, I've been away from modern and was wondering if you guys think this is a good configuration for the current meta. As you can tell, I'm leaning heavily on the power of the Blood Moon.
I appreciate any comments and wisdom you guys might have. I have to be prepared for burn, other than that I'm expecting a meta with top tier decks and the wacky modern surprises! Not sure if two angers and two EE are too many small stuff sweepers, but I don't own damnation...
What do you guys side in and side out against UW Control? I played against two UW control tonight at TNM. I realized that when I board out Delver, I tend to lose. Delver seems very strong in this matchup. But that leaves me not much space to bring in Negate/Countersquall and Dispel to counter the planeswalkers and to win the counter wars.

I board out lightning bolts, because you're going to have to win with creature damage and the 3 reach damage is seldom going to be a closer against UW. 4 bolts out makes room for 1-2 dispels, countersqualls and 1 AV. I also board out 2 terminates leaving 1 terminate and 1 push. This is to make room for another 2 AV. Finally, 1 thoughtscour is replaced by an AV, because scour isn't all that grand when they are possibly bringing in RIP.
I actually bring in a Crumble to Dust, because if you catch a Colonnade they're relying on snaps and secure the wastes to win.
I don't know if you have AV in your side but I do, I bring in all 4 as well, so they have something to save their counterspells for and I'm likely to get away with end step Kommands (you discard, I retrieve snap) because they want to have mana up.
I also have a maindeck Vendilion Clique which is an all-star in this MU. Casting it their EOT with AV resolving next turn puts them in a horrible position.

So I've been trying 2 Molten Rain and 1 Crumble to Dust in the side versus Tron, plus 2 Ceremonious Rejection. I thought the Rains would be nice to Snap back and whatnot, but honestly it feels incredibly slow and expensive and only puts a dent in their plans instead of locking them out as you'd like. I've been thinking about just running 4 CR instead, maybe keep the Crumble. This match-up is race, right from the first turn.
Hey guys I've been playing delver for awhile now and this is the list that has gotten good results at my LGS. Unfortunately due to the lack of larger tournaments I haven't had time to test the list out in a more open field but the weekly events that I go to have a wide variety of decks from tier one and on.

List looks pretty solid, you're running your removal suite exactly the same as me; I'm a huge fan of the 3-3-3-3 split for Push-Snare-Terminate-Leak, as well as the maindeck Deprive. You could probably cut a fetch for a fastland (Darkslick is probably slightly better with your shell), although I get the extra fetches due to the additional Gurmag over a Tasigur.
SB also seems fine, the only comment is that I would prefer Anger of the Gods over Kozilek's Return. Anger is way better against Dredge, and you need all the help you can get in that matchup

What Class Are You?
Claim target snapcaster
snap ETB target claim,
Claim Delver.
Or claim snapcaster
snapcaster targets kommand
kommand return tasigur.
Fame tasigur for haste.
Just a couple of the crazy things we can do with claim and snap and the rest of our shell.

there's nothing unfortunate about this card. we can use it, DS can also use it. its unfortunate for everyone else who can't.

For sure, I'm just saying DS decks has better targets like DS or Goyf. Claim-ing Snapcaster will indeed be super fun.

Although, I'm not sure about taking out Bolt, yesterday, against UW control, I won 3 games because of Bolt and won 2 games because of early Delver.
Also, is Crumble working for you? I'm currently testing the card right now.
Any thoughts on 4 CR in the side?
