Congrats! The build that I've been running recently is very similar. I haven't gone to any major tournaments but I've been to 3 LGS weekely events and my record currently is 12-3 and the games I lost were not out of reach at all.

This version of the deck seems really good right now, and has a good game vs some of our bad matchups in Eldrazi and Tron while also still keeping up game vs burn and graveyard based decks and is also very interactive vs the midrange and creature based decks.
In my sideboard I run 2 blood moon and 2 ceremonious rejection which with some early delver flips can do some serious work in the matchup, also artifact hate doesn't hurt for their support cards espeacialy because most eldrazi tron are running 4 chalice in their 75. I agree that the bant match up gets difficult when the land a cavern of souls, but they tend not to run basic wastes so an early blood moon can cut them off colorless sources.
Is Ceremonious Rejection that good? Because they do play a copy of Cavern of Souls. We also already have Mana Leak as counterspell which can be questionnable in the matchup because of Cavern.

I believe it needs to work in tandem with blood moon, or simply during the games where they dont draw cavern. Because reality smasher and TKS are so much better to simply counter than to remove, I'd say the risk is worth it, unlike with merfolk and their vials.

Hmmm so... I think for 3 cmc, Bontu's Last Reckoning has very real applications in this deck against Eldrazi. Considering our threats are often cast for 1 mana, the downside doesn't hurt as bad. If there are more eldrazi and less dredge, I'd be putting these in my SB.

What do you guys board in and out against Grixis/Jund Shadow decks? I don't have any trouble against those decks, but I do find that I have trouble sideboarding against it.

There aren't really specific hate cards u need in particular. Push > Terminate but you aren't boarding terminates out anyway. Bolt is bad against the creature but can sometimes close the game if they get too ambitious with their life total. Countersqualls are amazing if u have them in the side, it makes them play cautiously which means the game goes longer which is generally better for us. Engineered on 1 is of course excellent. Last but not least, if you play Blood Moons in the side definitely bring in all of them because they are always fetch-shocking a blood moon will blow them out.

hi guys. was playing delver(a bit on budget, so no snapcasters) at last FNM, 2 losses from Living End and some weird brew and 2 wins against Gr Tron and another weird brew. after that i reworked list:
so i'm looking for advices from expirienced players. is it enough to have 18 lands with this list? also it seems that 11 creatures is a bit low, but i feel i haven't enough graveyard filling to add another delve beater, and Pia/Kiran are often hard to cast with 18 lands. does rise//fall makes sense as kommand replacement? is it fine to have such large number of noncreature counterspells and no mana leak?
our metagame: Death's Shadow Junk, Gr Tron, Merfolks, Ad Nauseum, Living End, Affinity, Possibility Storm, Infect, Deadguy Ale, also probably Zoo and Vizier/Druid combo
What do you guys think about running 2 death's shadow instead of the young pyromancers? It's been working really well for me lately (I don't even run thoughtseize a or anything to lose life aside from manabase)

why would you board out Snares against a Snapcaster deck?
Since Snapcaster (or Tarmogoyf in the Jund version) is the only target in the whole deck, making Spell Snare quite a narrow answer, where some of the sideboard cards offer more board answers, while offering the same amount of power (Thoughtseize for example). How would you board? Not saying I am 100% convinced boarding out Spell Snare is the right choice..
There is also Countersquall and Terminate, which is a key card in the MU. Even if they only play 4 Snapcasters, you will run into the card in every single game. A deck with 4 Serum Visions, 4 Thought Scours and x Kolaghan's Commands will find at least their first copy in practically every single game rather sooner than later.
I ground out a few games against DS Grixis using Grixis Delver on Sunday night. Here's the take:
1. A lot of games your Tas will sit across from DS and play a staring game. They can't swing with their 6/6 or 9/9 because then they'd be open for your tas to swing in and either kill or put them at bolt range, and you won't swing tas in because obviously it'd die.
2. They're always wanting for terminate. You're wanting for terminate or push. They don't play many terminates meaning your tas is going to live a lot more than you'd expect.
3. Spell snare is either awesome or horrible. There is no in between. For most of my games it was horrible, because you can't catch the things that matter like Shadow, Tasigur, Angler or Kommand. On the off chance they cast Snapcaster, its awesome. If they haven't stripped your snare with their thoughtseize yet.
4. Delver > DS in the MU. At least it FEELS a lot better. Flying over for 3 against an opponent that has been suicidal with their life total is easy game. Just make sure it stays alive. Its the strongest card in this MU, because you're not going to be getting thru DS with a tasigur.
5. post board, blood moon becomes the MVP. It's a free win. nuff said.

After playing a ton of games with Grixis Shadow and comparing to my normal Grixis Delver deck, I definitely prefer the play style of straight Grixis Delver. It has more trouble with Tron than Shadow, but Delver has serious game against other Shadow varients, Storm, Company, etc. If you tune your sideboard mostly for Dredge and Tron variants, Delver is still quite formidable in this metagame.
Also, I've been running Deprive as a 1-of in the main, and it's been an ALL STAR. Would highly recommend

Hi all, I've been on Delver for a LONG time now. I've recently cut DS from my main and am considering a few alternatives. Side note, DS used to be in my SB a back when burn was way more prevalent; after the Probe ban, I cut YP & decided to just run DS in the main. I'm finding now that although my list takes a lot of land damage combined with the meta, it's not enough to keep that card in the main. Anyway, I'll post my list here for reference and feedback.
The Crumbles may look odd, but my last GPT I went to my only 2 losses were to the same guy playing Valakut in the first round and in the top 8. There were several Tron and Eldrazi Tron players at that event as well. I used to have 2 GQ there, but they never worked out. Crumble can flip Delver and saves me from having to board in both GQ & Surgical for the same effect. Those match-ups are also why Dreadbore has made it into my main.
@PurpleIntet: As you can see, I run Deprive in my main as well. It's GAS! Nice trick that it also triggers Revolt for Push.
I've got alot of Bant Eldrazi in my local meta, so that's why you see the Damnation and Go for the Throat. GFTT is a better option than Murderous Cut in my opinion because Cut is terrible against any white deck post-board if they manage to land a Rest in Peace. I would like to find room for a second Staticaster because it's great in alot of matchups, especially Dredge and Abzan

I can definitely say that Deprive helps the Tron matchups of various flavors a ton. And yea the Push interaction is also great, I've had that come up a couple of times for a huge in game swing.
Wouldn't Blood Moon be a bit more effective than Crumble? It still deals with Valakut quite nicely, but then also gives some good options against Tron and Shadow variants, as well as Bant Eldrazi. Also, where do you bring in Ashiok?
