The deck played very smoothly even with out delver draws the deck functioned very well with goyf and clique beats and burn with snapcaster. I will keep putting work into it. I like it a lot.

That list looks like a blast, would you mind sharing any details of how it played?
Also, how do you feel RUG delver fairs in an aggro oriented meta (I'm in one of these, which is part of why I'm looking at adding RUG twin as a second deck).

Yeah the deck is super fun to play. (almost as fun as my Kiki Pod haha)
Well against Living End it was pretty easy. Game one I Fetched on turn one and Serum Visioned and turn two played a Goyf after he cycled an artifact guy, and just killed him with Goyf with counter spells in hand. Game two was super easy. Went turn 1 Delver, Turn two Delver Visions Flip both Delvers and killed him really fast with those and Bolt snapcaster Bolt.
Tron was interesting. Game one I delved and goyfed spell pierced Karn and just got there. Game 2 Blood Moon happened.
Storm was very grindy but timely counterspells with a Clique out got me there game one. Game Two was the exact same thing, except I had a Relic out so he couldnt do anything.
I have also played this list against Merfolk and it was a lot fun. With all the removal spells and snapcasters its pretty easy matchup as well. What I am most worried about is UWR and possibly Big Zoo.

Awesome, sounds like you ran very well to top off a fun event there. Blood moon in the sideboard seems very well positioned at the moment.
Unfortunately UWR and big zoo are two deck lists I've seen quite a bit of locally. If I ever break out a similar list I'll be sure to let you know how those matches go.

Yeah it went very well. I am looking forward to playing this list more, to see how it runs when it gets more mediocre draws. To see how well it can play catchup or anything like that.
There is usually a UWR player at our shop but he wasnt there tonight, so I am not sure how it will go. I can only imagine it will be extremely grindy.

the card itself really isn't worth the card board its printed on...does it serve a purpose? Sure its a blue 1 drop that might not be a 1/1. I would not put it in a list and expect to win a PTQ or GP though.
How has shackles been for you? I love them in any heavy U based control but not sure if we should be playing them in a tempo deck.
Has anyone tested the nacatl list thoroughly? I like the idea of having 2 one drop 3 power creatures (kind of like legacy rug delver).
I've tested it quite a bit by now. The mana is definitely fragile, but 8 1-drop 3-power creatures can be awesome in the right meta. Obviously it means less room for countermagic, so in combo-oriented metas I'd say forget about them. The Nacatl list definitely has an edge against Zoo thanks to Helix.

I like Shackles a lot. Sometimes it can be a little on the slow side, but I think thats what the deck needs. A solid spell to help you lock up the game.
I have not tested the Nacatl version at all. I just like the idea of it, but I will probably stick with this list for now due to consistency. I have considered splashing black though for Bob, Thoughtseize, IoK, and Abrupt Decays. Not sure how that list would look though. Def no shackles, cryptic commands, or probably electrolyze. The Cliques would probably also go to the SB.
EDIT: The problem with the RUGb Delver deck would make us a lot more susceptible to Blood Moon though
I've had an extensive testing against UR Storm yesterday and everybody could expected the matchup was mostly in my favor (Gitaxian Probe is huuge here). Postboard the situation gets little more complicated as Storm bring in Defense Grid and Empty the Warrens. We have to automatically switch few burns spells for an artifact hate. I was thinking if is worth to switch from Ancient Grudge to the Destructive Revelry.
Where the Destructive Revelry would shine:
RUG mirror, Delver decks - these decks play couple of artifacts maindeck (Vedalken Shackless, Sword of XY) and they bring against us few Threads of Disloyalty that we can't effectively get rid of. We would side an artifact hate anyway so this is the way how to kill two birds with one stone.
UR Storm - we must side artifact hate in G2 and G3 to deal with super-annoying Defense Grid. But sometimes Grudge is rotting in the hand with any usage. Destructive Revelry would always hit something. Two damage is an icing on the cake.
Twin - Kills Spellskite, Batterskull (they will bring it) and occasionally takes down Splinter Twin.
This isn't crazy. Versions with Forked Bolt/Electrolyze MD already have an edge against Affinity. We might want a pair of Spell Pierce in the 75 with that plan if Tezzeret looks like it could be an issue. I'd still run at least one Ancient Grudge in the board though, regardless. EDIT - Ancient Grudge saved me the other night against Mill; it takes out Mesmeric Orb and they put it in the grave for you.

Are we really considering cards because they are better for the Mill matchup? We should only consider cards for tier 1 decks and some broad use vs tier 2 decks.

I didn't say that's the reason we should run a Grudge, it's not. It's just an interesting scenario that happened to me that made Grudge more relevant. We can all agree that against artifact-heavy decks Ancient Grudge is much better than DR.

Just another weekly lgs modern event report. I went 4-0 this week. I played against storm round one a quick 2-0. Round two I played against UR Twin. This match was pretty grindy just being able to play an early threat and sit back on counters and removal spells is just so good here. I won 2-1. Round three i was up against UR delver. Another grindy match. I mulled to five game one mulled to six game two and five again on game three. Taking down games two and three. Goyf is very good here as is shackles and threads of disloyalty. Round four got matched against merfolk. The key here is just kill every single dude they play and hope they don't get a Kira. Still playing my list from the last page.
Edit: I feel like this type of deck is extremely well positioned right now to be honest. If I were able to go to Richmond this is what I would play, and that says a lot because I have been on Kiki pod for well over a year at this point.
Man, I've been a fan of Modern RUG Delver for ages (played it before Abrupt Decay era) and after playing this evening against like 1000000000 different combo decks (seriously, wtf is happening? - 5 matches against Storm, Twin, ad Nauseam, Tron, Amulet and more Storm. Storm Storm Storm everywhere) well, it made me want to go back to old good RUG Tempo...
This decks seems INCREDIBLY well positioned right now, I remember I comoetely crushed Storm and almost any kind of combo deck (except Tron) with RUG Delver. Guys, the time is now!!!

I completely agree. I'm not even worried about tron honestly. Usually a spell pierce blows them out and blood moons out of the sb. That's all she wrote.
Alright, so I just wanted to bring back my list for discussion. I have been testing this list a lot, and it is doing extremely well. I am not 100% sure on every slot, and SB. What do you guys think?
Cards I kind of want to test:
Young Pyromancer
Huntmaster of the Fells (in SB)
More Pillar of Flames or Flame Slash
Less Izzet Charms
Main Deck Blood Moons
Less Shadow of Doubt in SB
How good is Electrolyze?
It would be fine, but still at that point there is no reason not to run helix.
Took this to Modern night. went 3-0, played against Tron, Storm, and Living End.

Blood Moon shuts them down big time. Don't run Goyf into Spell Snare.
