Hi, I originally posted this on legacy, but it fits better as modern, being new I don’t know how to move it. Anyway a couple of weeks ago I thought up an idea for an infect deck and told a friend, a couple days ago he came in with a deck of that idea. I need help with it but this is what I’ve got:
Artifacts (2)
1 Sword of Feast and Famine
1 Caged Sun
[/deck ]
On top of that you are kinda right to post a deck here, but you still have cards in your list that are either banned in Modern (Summer Bloom) or that never have been in the format (Burgeoning). As far as I understand your deck those cards play a central role in your game plan to ramp, this is why you should replace them with actually legal cards like Search for Tomorrow, Rampant Growth or Sakura-Tribe Elder.
Further it seems that you are VERY new to magic as you have some questionable choices in cards (Oakenform and Macabre Waltzfor example) that simply don't meet up with the powerlevel in the modern format or even the standard format, while also showing inexperience in building a deck ( you have a lot of cards as 1-ofs that could be maximised, even when they have a decent card power like Triumph of the Hordes and Dismember.
It feels like you transformed a Commander deck into the current version of your deck and had to fill in with suboptimal cards. On top of that you try to keep the deck semi block constructed (look it up, maybe it helps) without using a lot of the better cards in the sets.
I don't want to discourage you to work on this. You are trying to build a deck with a Theme. In your case it is "Phyrexia", but you might have to decide if you are playing a good deck or a flavourful deck when you are trying to get honest answers from people here in the modern part of the forum. We can make it a good deck here, but preserving the flavour will be challenging. I don't know where to point you if you only try to keep to the theme.
Also reducing the number of lands to maybe 22, throwing out Phyresis as only 3 creatures that want to fight profit from it and maybe getting one more Glissa the Traitor combined with some Executioner's Capsules. should help to give the deck a bit more of an edge as it enhances the synergies that are available. I plead to you to look for cards that do a better job than some cards you are running right now. There are so many better cards than Oakenform that you could run in its place. For example there is Rancor and pump spells like Vines of Vastwood that either are hard to deal with or have other purposes than just making your creatures big.
You have to delete the spacebar between "deck" and the bracket: [deck ]<-- here or use the button for that purpose right beside the emote button over the reply box.

My decks:
Competetive: Lantern Control, MonoR Phoenix, Dredge
Meta-Dependant: Modern Cheeri0s, Esper Spirits, Wilderness Teachings , Modern Elves, All-in Death's Shadow, Aristocrats, BW Death&Taxes
Fun own projects: Spireside Industries, UB Scrapyard, Thundercat Worship, Dirty Kitten, RB Rock, Eternal Toolbox
You need to get rid of the 'x' at the beginning of your numbers. You also don't need "card" tags since the Deck tags take care of it. And, finally, your totals don't work so you are better just adding them in parenthesis after the Card Type header. So this:

Still there are some possible card adjustments that might help both the power of the deck and the theme. Most of them are played in BG infect decks and the current actually viable version UG Infect.
Ichorclaw Myr
Plague Stinger
Mutagenic Growth
Blossoming Defense
Cast Down
Go for the Throat
Grim Affliction
