Hello guys,
First time ever posting in a forum and non-english native speaker, so bear with me. First of all I really love the Primer and the eggs archetype in general. I would like to help making this deck competitive.
This is the build I am currently goldfishing:
Main:
4 Chromatic Sphere
4 Chromatic Star
4 Conjurer's Bauble
4 Elsewhere Flask
4 Faith's Reward
4 Ghost Quarter
12 Island
4 Lotus Bloom
4 Open the Vaults
1 Plains
1 Pyrite Spellbomb
4 Reshape
1 Sunbeam Spellbomb
2 Whir of Invention
2 Thirst for Knowledge
4 Serum Visions
1 Grinding Station
Sideboard:
1 Echoing Truth
2 Negate
1 Nihil Spellbomb
4 Pact of Negation
2 Relic of Progenitus
1 Sorcerous Spyglass
1 Tezzeret the Seeker
3 Leyline of Sanctity
The sideboard is far from being finished. So far it goes of pretty consistently on turn 4+ and sometimes even t3. I would love to hear some feedback.

The deck looks good, nothing too drastic that I would change. And if it’s getting you good results, then keep playing it and keep it up! Over time you can change little things if you think you need to, and see how it feels; that’s going to the best way to test the deck out if you think something needs to be changed, but are unsure of what the change. One thing I would try however, is stwitching Thirst for Knowledge for Sleight of Hand. For two less mana I think it’s a bit of a more effective, but I could be wrong.
Thanks for your reply. The thirsts are a good discard outlet for the lotus blooms you get during your combo. So that you can get them back with open the vaults.

No problem bud. Perhaps Chart a Course? Just trying to think of similar effects but for less mana; to me 3 seems potentially a bit too much to cast for such an effect.
In regards to your sideboard. how has Pact of Negation been working out for you? I've thought about it before but just dismissed it. Is it better than it looks or could something such as Silence be better?

You are probably right about thirst but it digs 1 card deeper and has instant speed. I will test both and see which feels better. Currently I am just building up the deck in paper. I am heavily testing this meanwhile on forge for Android, mostly to see how it goldfishes and plays against a quite bad AI. So I can't really tell how it plays until I get to test it out on an FNM.
I know this is off topic but I would like to know something... do you know how to set up a match against another person with a URL on forge? I've got forge as well and I've been using it for EDH matches against the AI and the preloaded decks from different online sites but I would like to play against people I just don't know how to set up a URL to start a game

Theoretically all you have to do ist "Play online" -> leave the URL blank -> ok -> see your URL you need to send your opponent.
What about if I want a random opponent or does it do that? I would like to be able to test this deck and variants along with other decks against anyone who uses forge if they know how to set up games. I just need to build a list
I think you can't play against a random opponent at the moment. It seems like you only can play with someone you know via sharing the URL. But I could be wrong I am fairly new to forge
On the anti-grave hate decks, would running another noxious revival with a 4th in the sideboard be good tech? Surgical extraction targets, so revival plus conjuror's bauble can keep them off your main pieces.
I don't rly have a list. I want to get one together but right now I'm having a busy point in life. I work 80+ hr weeks and have my 1 of my 2 kids birthdays this week and we have plans to go to TX so I've been super busy with trying to save money for everything and haven't had time to even put a list together. I did say it seemed similar to Cheerios what the weight difference is you're not relying on creatures to draw you the cards which I think personally is the big issue of that deck. There's too much spot removal in modern being played that kill both sram and paladin. This to me seems like the better deck due to it having less main deck hate
So...ive been thinking... if we don't have kci, is there a way we can assemble a 2 card combo to abuse krark-clan stoker? It's 1 cmc cheaper, still adds 2 Mana, but needs a way to untap repeatedly

Maybe magewright's stone with cost reducers and a sac outlet? But relying on a creature is a bit risky, with so much removal around.
Yeah but just a thought. That's why I'm working on a list for entering the battlefield instead of the graveyard version that doesn't involve a creature draw engine... Also the stone is a one time use. I'm looking for a way to go off with KcS. Not just use it twice

He seems good but I worry if turn 4 is slower than we want. The format is speeding up and I feel we want to try and go off ASAP but his mana ability would be very helpful
If Arcum's Astrolabe had to sacrifice itself when fixing mana it would have been so much better, but as it stands it's decent if you have a sacrifice engine. It also fixes your mana when comboing with Faith's Reward, which could be useful when you want cast Bolas's Citadel, so I guess it's strictly better than Terrarion.
I still see it as useful. Everyone here is look at eggs as a "graveyard" deck. I'm looking at possibilities as an "etb" deck. Our tools to help us recur our eggs are cheaper in retract and hurkyl's recall and with something like cost reducers. I'd be using etb triggers to kill the opponent.

Didn't tried that yet. Do you have a list for me to test out?
Unless I'm missing something, wouldn't the closest thing to that be Cheerios?
Or maybe some Bolas's Citadel builds? I've been doing OK with one Citadel Dodge Yard Hate build.
Maybe magewright's stone with cost reducers and a sac outlet? But relying on a creature is a bit risky, with so much removal around.
The only thing I could find that would work is jeskai ascendancy
