Sideboard options are standards GB stuff:
Additional discard or leyline for combo.
Additional kill spells for creature / creature combo
Collective brutality
Probably not the lili's because they are hard to cast.
Efficient creature bullets like scooze, rec sage, etc. although without coco the deck has less dig power than other variants.
Lead the stampede is probably the CA of preference for this deck.
narnam renegade is a deathtouching warrior that can give itself a counter to get trample later in the game from paragon.
-----------
So the reason for no coco is that if paragon enters at the same time as another warrior, that other creature doesn't gain the counter. She has to be on the field already. Vial is preferred because of this.
Ezuri/lieutenant/perfect are the mana sinks.
Perfect/lieutenant help you go wide
You have warcaller, paragon, mimic, archdruid, perfect to grow the team.
Although heritage Druid isn't a warrior, it can help you dump with the nettles. Nettle is a warrior and can get quite large with pseudo vigilance in the first few turns.
-------
Ideal start would be:
T1 land + vial
T2 land + mimic/paragon + vial in warcaller if they try and pop the lord or just opp eot
T3 land + vial in another mimic/paragon + cast perfect or a kicked Warcaller. Swing for 10
T4 swing lethal.
It's explosive, and fairly resilient. It struggles with faster combo but it can outpace creature decks very quickly. I have had no issues just getting larger than humans and bashing in. Trample from the paragon helps go over the top.
+4x Talara's Battalion is perfect in a deck with 4 Aether Vial to circumvent the requirements to cast it. It is also playable on turn 3 thanks the other 1 CMC drops you have. Once casted, it is pretty huge without much effort because the 3 on the toughness makes it Lightning-proof after one single boost.
+4x Pelt Collector because it is easily a 3/3 or higher here with one single mana.
+4x Wren's Run Vanquisher: because you need some removal and this card is both a good creature and a nice living removal. The 3 toughness makes it Lightning-proof after one single boost, which is a simple requirement to achieve. Only 2 Fatal Push are not enough to deal with opponent's threats.
-1x Joraga Warcaller because it is a late-game card, so you don't want to see it in the early game.
-1x Rishkar, Peema renegade
-2x Elvish Archdruid
-4x Heritage Druid: because you don't really need a huge amount of mana between regular land drops and Aether Vials. You are not a combo deck that needs much extra mana.
-4x Metallic Mimic: nice, but I think that you have more than enough Lords. This card isn't even green and this is quite important for your Nettle Sentinels.
Thanks for the feedback guys. Will check out the other thread and try trimming the heritage druids. Not sure I want to give up warcaller/mimic just yet because they synergies so well together.
Metallic Mimic is strong alongside Joraga Warcaller, but:
(1) Mimic has a low toughness because it needs 3 token +1/+1 (which is a lot) to avoid being destroyed by Lightning Bolt/Firespout.
(2) Joraga is not really a 1 CMC drop; you want to see it during the late game unless you have 2 Lords between Metallic Mimic and Bramblewood Paragon (which is difficult due to the low base toughness of Mimic).
(3) Joraga can use Aether Vial only at 1 counter.
P.S. You have too few basic lands: change 4 dual lands with 4 Forests in order to be resilient against Blood Moon.
Playing since 1994: Currently MAGS (HomeBrew),Standard & Pauper (Pioneer and Modern are degenerate trash formats)
STOP using "dude/bro" as a pejorative or insult. Grow up.

Upgrades I've considered:
heroic intervention to save my dudes from removal. blossoming defense as well.
A blue splash to just have dispel or negate instead of discard to help with combo or sweepers.
Some of the new GRN elves are warriors, such as pelt collector or ochran assassin. They could have a place in here.

+2 Assassin's Trophy
+4 Lead the Stampede
Gives you more removal (of everything). Lets you load up your Elves/Warriors with a bit of card advantage.

Pelt collector was also a nice upgrade to the deck.
I agree that trophy is probably the most ideal removal this deck is gonna get.
