I'm not sure how many worldfire builds are out there with a comparable list(I haven't looked very hard). This is a brew that can get off a 1-shot kill on turn 3. Looking for feedback/criticism. Havent constructed a sideboard yet.

Rift Bolt (and suspend cards in general) is probably the most obvious finisher with Worldfire. Gifts Ungiven is a good option to assemble the combo though a bit slow.
The instants seem a bit out of place here honestly and if you want to add black you might as well play discard spells over countermagic, Collective Brutality in particular works well with the plan of the deck and doubles up as removal/reach.
Pillar of flame and bump in the night are my 1-drop triggers for worldfire, theres no need to suspend anything. The stack will be a worldfire resolution, followed by resolution of either of the aforementioned sorceries, resulting in a win through a single stack. Pact of negation are for the turn you want to go off. Echoing truth is for spot removal of things like leyline, or mass tokens with the same name. Faithless looting and ideas unbound let you sift through your deck, and pump your graveyard with the spells you need for your Spellweaver. Disallows are primarily there to protect your graveyard or creatures being cast that have hexproof.
Also, that deck you cited quite frankly goes about winning with worldfire all wrong in my opinion.
You can win somewhat reliably on turn 3-4 by casting Spellweaver helix - imprinting worldfire and pillar of flame, then casting a pillar of flame from your hand. The resulting stack is a worldfire on top which resolves first(setting life totals to 1), followed by pillar of flame which deals them 2 damage for the win, or the loss of 3 life in the case of bump in the night.
