Nobody plays Yeva because she doesn't fit into Collected Company.
Green just doesn't have many creatures that are good on their own unless theyre 6CC or more.
There are other artifacts that can wreak havoc in an elf deck including: Thousand-Year Elixir with all those elf tap abilities Lifecrafter's Bestiary single-handedly beats control decks if resolved
You're supposed to be heavy on creatures in green, you're supposed to ramp, you're supposed to ramp into something big. Put it all together and you get a huge combo color that can't interact much with other decks, that has little to offer in instants besides forms of hexproof and ramp. Yeva effectively turns every little dork you play into a blink. God forbid you save Yeva with an archdruid, just to tap him for mana to pump yeva out in what could be an infinite loop provided you have JUST 2 elves besides Yeva out... or you could just build stompy.
You could in essence build a deck with 15 non-creatures and 26-27 creatures and be just fine... Nothing wrong with replaying Shaman of the Pack over and over again with curio. Nor is there anything wrong with a ramunap excavator in the sideboard for Tron, and letting black discard get you to the point where you have 4 mana to spend, rather just getting screwed by the hardest decks to play against which are either just faster, or pack up to 20 removal spells.
Here's a list of cards that you could consider, most notably, there's a ton of cards in here that collected company just can't use.
Collected Company also has a 4cc converted mana cost but will just about never get you a 4/4 creature or the ability to SAVE your board rather than build it. Add in some draw or whatever and you're golden... so long as you can stop tron and storm.
1. Pact a Yeva on their end step(with curio in play)
2. Combo off via
Infinite tokens
Dwynen's Elite
Infinite Draw
Nettle Sentinel
Elvish Visionary
Probably BG for disruption package: Thoughtseize/IoK
or White for (GW)toolbox
