At the least, it's a lot of fun to play. Especially when you add shenanigans to the pile. Dropping a hollow one on first turn, following it up with cycling a couple cards on turn two, then dropping living end off of a 1 damage Electrodominance on turn 3 gets some pretty funny looks and comments.
Round 1 vs. Grixis Shadow. There was a little bit of play back and forth, but 2 lands only for him allowed me to tempo him out. I get there with some big dudes. The next game is easier, but similar. 2-0.
Round 2 vs. UR Phoenix. Friend from the carpool over. In the first game, I had the goods. In the next game, I lost to just defensive draws. In the final game, it was close, but I get there with some real gas in the end. 2-1.
Round 3 vs. UW Control. I out mana him in Game 1, allowing me to double Cryptic Command. In the next game, he had some gas, including Vendilion Clique and Lyra later with countermagic, but I literally had ALL the answers. He also had turn 2 Rest in Peace and another Rest in Peace later on. I hard cast Curator of Mysteries and countered some Path to Exile/Settle the Wreckage action. Nut hand that included As Foretold into multiple Ancestral Vision turns apart. 2-0.
Round 4 vs. Dredge. We ID'd, but played it out for fun. He won games 1 and 3 on the play, while I won game 2 on the play. His hands were quick in the games on the play. His hand on the draw couldn't find dredgers. 0-0-3.
I finish 3-0-1. The deck was pretty fun and has some semi busted draws.

i've been playing a version of this deck that runs faithless looting, street wraith and hollow one, in addition to the cycling creatures.
it's grixis, primarily UR.
i'll post the list later. got to go to work now but i've done fairly well with it while testing with friends. haven't yet made the plunge to play it when i've got to pay an entry fee yet. not tried electrodominance but I reckon it'll give the deck a boost for sure.

Interesting. Yes, please post a deck list. Electrodominance is definitely the real deal and the ability to Fireball someone out can also be very strong. Not to mention, turn 2 Living End at instant speed, lol.

I've been working on a list that uses those cards as well. I'd like to compare lists. Here's my most recent version:
Trying to theorycraft, what are people's thoughts on this sort of list? I was previously on a straight blue black list focusing on a heavier discard package instead of the counterspells usually in lists on this forum, and felt like I was losing a number of games to 'splash damage' graveyard hate, hence the sideboard plan. It still needs some work, obviously.

Here it is right now. It'll change a bit. For instance I could swap the iona/norn for two more griselbrand, and i believe 3x electro dominance or more would be appropriate so one more card has to go. This is the list I played a few weeks ago and I haven't given it enough attention but I will. The reanimator angle is super strong BTW although I've yet to settle on the best way to make it work. Iona/norn have been amazing in different matchups of course and I've really enjoyed surprising people with them.
Sideboard (15)
2 Dispel
1 Lightning Axe
1 Spell Pierce
3 Collective Brutality
2 Echoing Truth
1 Hurkyl's Recall
2 Negate
3 Anger of the Gods
Interesting list but I am not fan of the reanimator package though, it seems very fun but inconsistent. I havent really tried it though, so by all means keep reporting. I think however that Dragonlord Kolaghan is almost strictl better than Urabrask, the Hidden as a haste enabler. My main issue is that it is the same angle of attack with this deck's main plan. So if they attack you on the graveyard axis or you never find our combo you are dead.
I thought about using the snake, but want to keep as many red 1-drops i can. It makes it really easy to play around Blood Moon and still have plenty of digging opportunities. It also keeps an early turn Hollow One open via looting+Wraith or Looting+Cerodon.
I'm thinking of adding Snapcaster Mage to recur Electrodominance so i don't feel like i should hold onto it for an instant Living End during my opponent's EOT. Plus, extra potential digging power is always nice.
I'm currently very interested in this deck. A friend suggested that Simian Spirit Guide could be a very interesting card for this deck and we played a little thought experiment, that if the deck plays a Spirit Guide you could also really abuse Chalice and Blood Moon. Here is an example on how something like this could look like:
The upsides of this list are, that for one it's very fast, which is very important in the current meta, IMO. The other upside is, that you can get a lot of free wins by simply deploying a turn 1 chalice on 1 or a turn 2 Blood Moon.
My biggest concern with this deck currently is the question how to deal with Rest in Peace and Leyline of the Void. I think there are a few possible answers each with their up and downsides:
-Into the Roil/Echoing Truth: This is certainly pretty OK against Leyline of the Void as it might buy you enough time to deploy a board presence, before it can be recast. Against RIP it's only a very small window you generate. An upside is, that this reenables the option to counter them.
-Swan Song: Very good against RIP, useless against Leyline of the Void without bounce. It also doesn't work with Chalice on 1.
-Negate: Works through Chalice on 1, but again useless against a Leyline and it only works against RIP if you are on the play or have a Simian Spirit Guide.
-Off-color answers: We could theoretically play a single Hallowed Fountain to enable a postboard Wear // Tear or Wispmare.
How do you deal with these cards? What are your thoughts? Did I overlook some possible options?
The different in my list: I play 3x Blood Moon in sidebord.
At the moment i`m testing Muddle the Mixtur main and in sidebord some hatecards with 2 mana cost like Abrade, Echoing Truth and Sorcerous Spyglass
Look for Drake Haven maybe it`s enough to braek the hate.

Sweet list! I like the Faithless Looting/Street Wraith/Hollow One angle as a more proactive approach. I think I prefer the snek over the Dessert Cerodon though. So good versus control with that hexproof.

Yeah I haven't really considered simply playing an alternative wincon which is often a lot easier than to actually fight the hatepiece.

I did want to find side for a Tolaria West or three. May test that.
But generally it played rather smoothly
edit: Just "hardcast" a griselbrand off an electrodominance in a pinch (leyline of the void in play in a long drawn out post-sideboard game).
