I saw some 5-0 lists recently, running 3x sfm, 1 sofi, 1 skull instead of 1 arbiter, 2 big thalia and some removal or land. Not sure if that's the route though. I recently finished 5-3 during an MCQ, losing to humans, dredge and jund. Titanshift and stoneblade I both faced twice and were real easy matchups.
I'm really starting to like this deck and will continue playing it. This is the list I will run next FNM:
My build is very similar. Maindeck, I have -1 land, +1 Restoration Angel. Sideboard is a little different. I really like 2x Anger for Dredge, but Deafening Clarion is an interesting choice. With 2 sweepers, I think Torpor Orb is better than Tocatli, and it is easier to cast turn 1 which matters vs. Humans.
Despite many players thinking you can run Arbiter + SfM, I have to say, I think that is completely wrong. The inconsistency we get in a deck with no way to get out of its own mistakes can't play those games.

Torpor orb + sweepers makes sense for sure. Perhaps a 2 orb/1 honor guard split, to play around meddling mage? Same reason for me to board 1 clarion/1 anger. Plus, I think the versatility of the clarion (when in a racing situation for example) might also be worth it. I haven't played with it yet (I only play in paper).
Finished 3-1 last FNM, losing only from the 4-0 player, Mardu DS, in a very close game. Beating G tron, casual goblins and amulet titan. Deck feels much better the more I play it. Aggressive mulligans are a must sometimes, and the london mulligan really helped out.
Maybe we are back! Trying to make the deck utilize Once Upon a Time, so emphasizing GW. Not sure if Chalice is the place to be, but if Amulet Titan is the deck to beat, this is great for us. I suppose if the world is mana dork.dec, then Chalice is great.

Every once in a while, similar lists 5-0 on MTGO: https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/mtgo-standings/modern-league-2019-09-17#mine_- . Maindeck 2 revokers with all the Urza's and planeswalkers around seems interesting. Abrades in the SB might also be better than wear//tears since the enchantment half isn't as relevant that often.
Arbiter + SFM makes sense in lists running vials I think. This deck is too tight on the mana to be able to afford the occasional dis-synergy.
