The general idea is that FWisp can generate value by blinking OoN or any of a multitude of ETB critters. RAngel can't hit OoN, but can still blink critters.
I'm not super proud of my 2-drops, but I struggled to find better options. A Visionary who comes in early will cantrip and then either block something or get chucked through the air for 4 via Elspeth, while one who comes in late can at least replace itself. Exarch can either work in tandem with Finks to give me a cushion against aggro or else help give me reach in a grindy game. Even so, if you have ideas for something better, I'd like to hear it. In fact, if you have ANY ideas about the deck, I'd like to hear them.
Lots of ways to cheat answers into play that are creatures into play at instant speed when you want them. Cloud shift is cheap, counters removal and is never dead in a deck like this you can usually make it do something helpful. Tidehollow Sculler combos white many of these cards well gives you a chance agaist combo. Eternal Witness creates loops where it brings back a collected company creating even more card advantage. Plenty of removal in the form of creatures. Most of them are three CC so that you can tick Aether Vial up and get value of it and collected company.
