I can tell you now a couple of things are about to happen. This thread will be moved. Some edgy teen will criticise you naming the deck. And nearly everyone will **** on you hard for not playing FOTM and/or green for goyf.
Quick question: if you cast Vexing Devil (I know it isn't in your deck but bare with me on this) and your opponents choose to pay the 4 life, could you flash in your Whitemane Lion to "rescue" your devil and still have your opponent pay the 4 life? It would be pretty awesome if you could.

Prediction fulfilled! Thread moved to Deck Creation. Remember that all decklists and deck ideas need to go there; check the Modern Forum Rules for more details

Nope. The opponent chooses to pay or not while the ability is resolving. You wouldn't get an opportunity to take any actions until after their decision had been made and the Devil was already in the graveyard (if they paid the life).
Also, I'd love to see some sample plays. Like, I understand it's supposed to be controlish, but I don't really know how it's supposed to win if you keep blinking your own creatures back to your hand. Dust Elemental seems like It can do a beating, but at a hefty cost. Seems kinda slow, especially for Red/White.

It trys to win a few different ways, though I am trying to keep the overall theme of Rescuing in there.
It bounces Avalanche Riders for continuous LD, plays Stormfront Rider and makes a dudes to support my continuous bouncing and if all else fails, swing in with good old Dust Elemental with Fatal Frenzy and wins.
I'd like to try and add at least 2 maybe 3 Icatian Javelineers to this deck to take down those BOP's and Llanowar Elves and the such. Thoughts?
Also, thank you for the errors. all fixed now.
EDIT-- Why would Dawn Charm/Dead // Gone be leaving? I mean, I know how good Boros Charm and Lightning Helix are, but Charm blocks direct spells and D/G returns dudes or shocks creatures. EDIT: Those two cards worked way better than DC or DG.
I would give up on Dust Elemental and Stormfront Riders if you want to play at FNM. Casual they are fine, but they are very slow.
Best blinking card is Restoration Angel. It won't return the target to your hand but you will get their ETB trigger and keep them on board. It's also a great trick, in the spirit of the deck.
A couple of Goblin Bushwhackers might be a nice 1-drop with value for you.
Flametongue Kavu is most certainly an awesome blink target, but sadly, it's not modern legal.
Why aren't you playing lightning bolt or path to exile? They are widely regarded as two of the best removal spells in modern and for good reason!
Keldon marauders are an excellent aggressive burn style card, but you really aren't playing burn. I would take these out.
Aven riftwatcher does a pretty good job of stalling more aggressive decks for a few turns and getting in some damage. I might up these to 4 were I you.
Stingscourger is an interesting tempo play. If you do keep the aggression, then this is maybe worth it. It's certainly an option against decks such as tron with their massive emrakul, the aeons torn or wurmcoil engine but will mostly be useless against decks such as jund where their top end creature threat is tarmogoyf. Against these guys, you probably want obnoxiousness such as fiend hunter. Among other things, you can let it enter the battlefield, put it's first trigger on the stack, "rescue" it, and then the second trigger resolves, returning it to the battlefield. However, it's not yet removed so it can't return, and then the first trigger resolves, removing it from the game, permanently.
Decks like this play better with flash. Have you not considered 4 aether vial? It allows you to use your mana more efficiently early on while allowing instant speed responses from your creatures.
Calciderm..is interesting. Personally, I rather like the card, but other than that, it's a 5/5 shrouded beater that doesn't do much else. If you need the late game firepower, then keep it, but I expect that if you have control of the board, you probably won't need it.
On the manabase, you'll probably want to take out the terramorphic expanse and add in boros guildgate. It's a nice cheap common dual that will go a long way towards fixing your mana and not potentially setting you back one color or the other.
Goblin bushwhacker sort of confuses me. It's usually used in token strategies, rather than single beater or two strategies, which is what yours usually ends up being with all the rescue stuff going on. I will grant that the deck is looking far more solid now, though. Maybe test it out some?

These matches were against
1. Other Modern decks OR
2. My casual/FMN geared play group.
Match 1: Mono Blue Illusions (Modern/FMN geared)
Winner: Illusions.
I couldn't beat the race of T1: Phantom Bear, T2 Lord of Illusion, T3 Phantasmal Image and just getting beat down/counted at every move.
I scored 1 win in round two only because I was able to blink his lords out.
Score: 1/3
Match 2: W/G Golem tribal. (casual)
Winner: This deck.
Offering not a whole lot of resistant due to his reliant on his Splicers, I was able to blink them out or burn them.
Score: 2/3
Match 3: G/U Self Mill (FMN/Casual)
Winner: This deck.
Odd match up, but I was able to get a win due to exiling/bouncing his Splinterfrights/Ghoultrees.
Score: 2/3
Match 4: W/B Token. (Modern)
Winner: Tokens
With the amount of tokens he made and Sorin out, I couldn't establish enough presence to break though.
Score: 1/3
It is a lot of fun when it works and I wanted to try and make it better.
Here is what I am using.
10 Mountain
11 Plain
3 Terramorphic Expanse
Creatures--22
Rescuers: 8
3 Whitemane Lion
2 Stormfront Riders
2 Stormcloaker
1 Dust Elemental
3 Mogg War Marshal
2 Calciderm
2 Jhoira's Timebug
2 Lavacore Elemental
2 Keldon Marauders
4 Sunlance
3 Brute Force
3 Dead//Gone
2 Timecrafting
2 Fatal Frenzy
Obviously some cards will need to be removed before this deck can be attempted in Modern. But as of now, this is what works so far.

In: 1 Stonecloaker, 1 Stormfront Rider, 1 Dust Elemental, 3 Dawn Charm, 1 Calciderm, 3 Avalanche Riders, 1 Keldon Marauders
In your deck list, "Stingscrouger" should be "Stingscourger", "Avan Riftwatcher" should be "Aven Riftwatcher", "Avalanche Rider" should be "Avalanche Riders". and "Stonecloak" should be "Stonecloaker". Might wanna fix that. ^^
