Took this to FNM. Was 5-2 in games. I had a bye first round.
I had Emrakul out by turn 4 of 5 very consistently.
Never cast 1 planeswalker all nite. It was Sprouts and Beast Within, that proved to be excellent.
My only losses were to Ponza. Turn 2 and turn 3 blood moon, followed by multiple stone rains put me way behind.
Going forward, the sideboard is the most fluid part of the deck.
More combo - more damping Sphere
More control - more defense grid
More Aggro - more counterspells.
Might be an idea to cut a few ramps and put in some Lightning Greaves. Protect the tokens and equip a hasty Emrakul.
Not only can she be played just as Mono-U as to not strain a manland-using manabase too much, she spits out tokens without being a creature herself so she won't mess up Polymorph, she can give Emrakul pseudo-haste if there's already another artifact like say Mishra's Bauble or another Servo token out, AND she can be a win-con all by herself.
Another thing I realized that in someways this archtype can be played in some ways just like Splinter Twin, on turn 3 you flash in your Beckon Apparition and Raise the Alarm on the opponent's end step for a t4 Polymorph, but unlike Splinter Twin since your combo tokens only cost 1-2 mana you can still hold up counterspells or something like Gigadrowse to really force the opponent to tap out.

Why don't you play a 1-of Dryad Arbor? It's a Polymorph target that can be tutored by fetchlands!!
I stepped away from the game for a couple of years, but I am back and revisiting this archetype because I think it has a lot of power. I used to run a RUG (Temur) build of Polymorph. It played more like a tempo/control deck than anything else, but the combo was reminiscent of a splinter twin-like effect (as mentioned by someone above.)
The main combo in this build is Fetchland + Polymorph. At the end of the opponent's turn, fetch for Dryad Arbor, untap, land, Polymorph it.
I'll be curious to hear what you all think of the list! I'm not up to date with releases after Khans block (ish), so the list is assuredly out of date in terms of combatting the current metagame. Please let me know if you think there are notable inclusions from more recent sets that I'm missing.
I'm also not sure if playing 2x copies of Emrakul is really necessary and if the deck really needs 24x lands
(it is probably to accomodate 4x Mutavault but I'm sure that it is even necessary).
I thought about going all in on the combo with teferi, as you can cast it end of the opponents turn and have a save attack. This seems to be quite strong.

Saheeli, Sublime Artificer
Not only can she be played just as Mono-U as to not strain a manland-using manabase too much, she spits out tokens without being a creature herself so she won't mess up Polymorph, she can give Emrakul pseudo-haste if there's already another artifact like say Mishra's Bauble or another Servo token out, AND she can be a win-con all by herself.

Here's the list that I'm thinking of making:
4x Polymorph
2x Proteus Staff
Combo Tokens
4x Beckon Apparition
3x Spiritual Visit
Poly Targets
1x Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
1x Progenitus
Cantrips
4x Opt
4x Mishra's Bauble
Saheeli
3x Saheeli, Sublime Artificer
4x Remand
4x Mana Leak
Removal
4x Path to Exile
Lands
4x Inkmoth Nexus
4x Seachrome Coast
4x Hallowed Fountain
4x Flooded Strand
2x Polluted Delta
2x Island
2x Plains
3x Secure the Wastes
2x Cryptic Command
3x Rest in Peace
3x Damping Sphere
3x Stony Silence
1x Teferi, Hero of Dominaria

Just got 4 copies of the new Saheeli which I will be experimenting with.
The main combo in this build is Fetchland + Polymorph. At the end of the opponent's turn, fetch for Dryad Arbor, untap, land, Polymorph it.

2 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
4 Lightning Bolt
2 Cryptic Command
3 Remand
1 Condescend
2 Spell Snare
2 Izzet Charm
1 Mana Leak
1 Deprive
4 Opt
4 Polymorph
4 Serum Visions
2 Anger of the Gods
2 Faithless Looting
1 Dryad Arbor
4 Misty Rainforest
4 Wooded Foothills
4 Steam Vents
2 Cascade Bluffs
1 Mountain
3 Island
1 Desolate Lighthouse
1 Sulfur Falls
2 Mutavault
4 Blood Moon
1 Mana Leak
1 Spell Snare
1 Cryptic Command
1 Electrolyze
1 Pact of Negation
2 Dispel
2 Ancient Grudge
2 Anger of the Gods
This seems like a pretty cool Polymorph build with Teferi protecting the combo from countermagic and instant speed removal on your turn.
4x copies seems a bit much though and I'd probably want more card draw/cantrips instead like Chart a Course and trimm it down to 2x-3x copies.
I'm also not sure if playing 2x copies of Emrakul is really necessary and if the deck really needs 24x lands
(it is probably to accomodate 4x Mutavault but I'm sure that it is even necessary).
