I'm not the biggest fan of The Flame of Keld as it can be played around and isn't a burn spell. Light Up The Stage is the only "card draw" spell which is worth playing imho.
Ramunap Ruins doesn't seem worth it either as it will probably lose you more games to aggro decks than the number of games when you'd be able to deal damage with it.
Andrew Dryden did a bunch of videos testing 12 bolt when it first came out, and Flame of Keld was nearly always a disaster. If you get two you lose one, you need to dump your hand for it to be at all decent so you cast it turn 3-4 when you want to be winning, etc.
I think you would be much better off with two Hazoret and two skullcracks.
