Thanks for the suggestions guys, also, just wanted to mention that my personal favorite goyf replacement is hinterland logger at least she's good in the more aggressive decks that play goyf (mainly zoo) but not as much in the more midrangey decks

For an aggressive creature, it is a no. The potential to reload a few cards is cool, but probably not consistent enough to merit, except maybe in a burn heavy affinity build.
I have found that asylum visitor is a very good replacement for Bob, IF you can utilize madness and/or empty your hand quickly otherwise it kind of sucks.
If you do have enablers for madness or can empty your hand quickly consistently it is far and away better than Bob(IMO).
(Its also looks very good if you have ways of emptying your opponent's hand but I have little experience playing decks like that so I can't say for sure)
Any suggestions for a budget replacement for Ancestral Vision in a faeries deck? I'm currently putting together the budget mono-blue (Scion of Oona-based) build, but will probably start splashing black for removal/disruption and heading towards traditional UB faeries, especially once I acquire a few Bitterblossoms. The main missing piece in that direction is a way to keep getting gas, but it's unlikely I'll be able to afford Ancestral Vision any time soon. Would something like Pull from Tomorrow be a viable replacement?
I have to agree, Especially if your wanting to stay in the same color schemes. Ugin and Karn I believe are the only colorless Planeswalkers . Maybe a play set of Oblivion Stone or even Mindslaver.

Monastery swift spear is the closest thing that I'm aware of
The problem is that in Burn, you want both Guide and Swiftspear.
So specifically for Burn, if you don't have guides, you can substitute (with varying efficiency) Spark Elemental, Kird Ape (if Gruul), Rakdos Cackler, Firedrinker Satyr, or really any semi-aggressive 1-drop.
Another approach is to just add an 2-drop instead such as Ash Zealot, Keldon Marauders, or Abbot of Keral Keep.
For Golgari Grave-Troll, it depends on what you need out of him. If you just need a big beater out of the graveyard, you'll have to play stuff like Ghoulsteed. You can also try Nemesis of Mortals and/or Boneyard Wurm and use Grim Harvest and Grapple with the Past to return them to your hand. For other cards with Dredge you're looking at something like Greater Mossdog or Shambling Shell.
Bomat Courier?

Because that's helpful.

Needs moar Delver.

BChainer Sac-Based ControlB
UWOjutai Control/VoltronWU
Serum Visions/Anticipate are also decent.
Harsh Mentor is currently cheaper than Eidolon of the Great Revel (although it serves a somewhat different role)
Sweltering Suns is currently cheaper than Anger of the Gods (although it doesn't exile)
Replacements, maybe, good ones, nope.
I'd suggest looking at Steel Hellkite and Void Winnower.
