The build I'm going to play is in my signature (admittedly not budget, though). I've yet to actually play it, since I've been on Burn for two years and decided to buy the pieces for Zoo. I'm going to give Hidden Herbalists a shot in the Flinthoof spot. It increases the probability of multi-creature second turns, since it casts 12/20 one drops and can cast BTE. I have Flinthoofs and Voltaic Brawlers, so I may try those at some point as well.
My brother and I are getting back into the game and, as it's something I enjoy doing much more than he does, it's fallen on me to get us some decks. After talking it over with him, it seems that he'd like to run an aggressive deck and we've narrowed it down to Zoo or Burn. Below is the R/G Zoo list I was able to come up with after reading this--and a few other--threads. I'd appreciate any feedback or tips to improve the deck. As is usual for Budget decks, we're not looking to demolish every one, just build a reasonably competitive deck. Also, if you feel that a burn deck would be stronger at the same price point, please let me know so we can take that into consideration.
The only thing that might seem weird is the Countryside Crusher. In the past, I've had issues with aggro decks late in the game because of land draws, since I can't afford any fetches at the moment, Crusher seems like an OK option. He's not expensive to play and ensures that you don't draw a land the rest of the game. I'm not sure how good he is, to be honest, but I think he could be pretty good.

Though I still prefer Voltaic Brawler.
I'd much rather try Narnam Renegade or even some combination of Greenbelt Rampager and Voltaic Brawler instead.
