the rotting regisaur feels like there is a way to break it. The discard can be turned into something positive.
and this guy is scaled wurm size for only three mana...
damn... it looks broken enough on its own. 3 mana for a 7/6, and discarding isnt exactly that bad, just play w/e you draw....
and the black deck that adds this guy probably also has discard to give it a bit of protection from removal. Anyway, too early to say.. but I feel this will find a home somewhere.
I'm thinking Kaalia, Zenith Seeker could be useful in Changeling tribal. "You may reveal an Angel card, a Demon card, AND/or a Dragon card" so potentially netting up to 3 cards such as Nameless Inversion, Crib Swap and Restoration Angel to flicker Kaalia for more value (Kaalia is weirdly not an Angel).
How good might Legion's End be? Being a sorcery that hits only opposing creatures with 2 cmc or less hurts it, but it costs only 2 mana, and imagine hitting ALL the Death's Shadows, Goyfs, or Tiagos this way! Even better, Tiago decks are often not that threat-dense...
Fry is basically Combust 2.0 that also hits white and/or blue planeswalkers.
Is Leyline of Abundance worth it? Makes your 1-cmc mana dorks tap for double the mana (although the 2nd mana is green), adds 2 Devotion to Green, is a mana sink...but it isn't a creature, which hurts its ability to get into Collected Company decks. Someone in the Rumor Mill already noticed that it goes infinite with Turn 1 Birds of Paradise/Noble Hierarch and Turn 2 Freed From the Real, though.
Any really nasty vampire Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord can cheat in the turn he ETB? Man, this walker wants vampires in your deck otherwise....
I feel like new Sorin is better off accelerating a bit into CMC4-5 vampires like Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet and Blood Baron of Vizkopa that you can still play if you don't draw him. All of the higher-CMC vampires aren't really that much better than them to justify being completely dead if you don't draw Sorin. He also wants to be able to use his first two abilities, so "Vampire Tribal that sometimes cheats in a 5 mana bomb on t3" seems a lot better than trying to jank combo out a... What? Garza Zol, Plague Queen? Morophon from the new set? Admittedly Morophon doesn't seem too awful, but the way you have to build your deck around it seems like it'll be clunky.
Probably not good enough still, but the infinite loop with whatever that enchantment is that does a ping when a creature enters the board? The red one...

Polyraptor already had an infinite loop with Forerunner of the Empire. Key difference here is that Forerunner is a "may" ability, and Marauding Raptor is not; it just happens infinitely, unless there is some other way to stop it. Most definitely a bit janky for Modern, but definitely going into my Dino Commander deck (where the original combo already lives).
Forerunner wasn't technically infinite because eventually it killed itself with the Pestilence activations. The biggest barrier to Raptor/Poly is it requires three cards and 1 of them is 7 mana after the Raptor reduction.
Elvish Reclaimer looks like it has promise in quite a few decks, with potential in anything from BGx Midrange to Elves to Amulet Titan to Collected Company decks to Gx Tron to Green Ramp variants (not just Nykthos Green, but also Tooth and Nail or those rogue decks in the latest MTGO Modern League results). ...OK, maybe it won't see play in Tron or Amulet, but a 1-drop 1/2 with an ETB tapped version of Knight of the Reliquary's land tutor for only 2, t to activate is quite sweet, and becoming a 3/4 as long as you have at least 3 land cards in your graveyard is sweet gravy.
Dunno how to evaluate Mu Yanling, Sky Dancer that well. On the one hand, she does produce a mighty fat flying token, she does protect herself with her +2, she does get out of Bolt range easy peasy, and this is all for a 3-mana walker. On the other hand, her +2 is ALL she can do the turn she ETB.
Elvish Reclaimer is really really good. Most people will think of the obvious applications like tutoring up tron lands, nykthos, etc. But it can slot into a lot of other stuff. Heck, I would love to play it in a bant midrange shell where you can end of turn tutor up Halimar Depths to mimic Ponder. Best thing is that it becomes a nice little beatstick later on in games.
Yep, the efficiency and speed of Elvish Reclaimer in BGx / BGW with sufficient fetch lands could be real. Any of those utility lands that Knight of the Reliquary could fetch can now be done 2 turns earlier!
Say, T1 Elvish T2 Bojuka Bog against dredge. Or green Mother with Sejiri Steppe. T3 1cmc EE with Blast Zone. This toolbox flexibility seems great.
Might Cerulean Drake be useful somewhere? 2 mana, flying, protection from red, can sac itself to counter a spell that targets you...shame about that 1/1 body...

I don't think Halimar Depths quite cuts it, though. I suspect Sejiri Steppe is the only good enough ETB tapped land Elvish Reclaimer decks may want to play that otherwise doesn't see play. But then again, Knightfall gave up on the Steppe even though it protects the combo, so....
Honestly, I doubt that that land will see play in Amulet (or in general), the sac is rather harsh and that you never ever want to bounce it (and itself not having a bounce) doesn't help it either.
Card looks cool, but is in the end not good.
There is exactly one deck which might want it and that is Twiddle Storm, since it is more resilient than a basic forest but the deck sucks either way.

And you're thinking of Impact Tremors. Also works with Purphoros, God of the Forge.

Drawn From Dreams is 4-mana sorcery Dig Through Time. Sorcery? Whyyyy?!? (If it were an instant, it risks upstaging Fact or Fiction, but still.)

Bloodthirsty Aerialist is black flying 3-mana Ajani's Pridemate. Soul Sisters doesn't seem that willing to splash black, though...
Tried building a Leyline of Abundance-Freed From the Real Tooth and Nail deck. It races Gx Tron in its current state (although the Karn, the Great Creator mirror gets interesting, especially since I put Golos, Tireless Pilgrim in Gx Tron's wishboard specifically to Blast Zone its way out of Stony Silence effects), but you're rarely juking out opponents on Turn 2 because that infinite mana and pump combo requires 3 cards.
Chancellor of the Dross and maybe Necropolis Regent/Guul Draz Overseer, theres also Malakir Bloodwitch and Champion of Dusk.
Mu Yanling, Sky Dancer looks pretty good, it is what Jace, Cunning Castaway should have been in my opinion.
Is Drawn From Dreams even (much) better than Tamiyo's Epiphany/Foresee ?

Yeah, this looks like a good enough 1-drop for Spirits, especially UW Spirits.

Is the sacrifice line a triggered ability that can be abused with Amulet of Vigor to get the 3 mana first?

I am 90% sure.
Yep. This card is very good with Amulet of Vigor and totally nuts with multiple Amulets.
EDITED: I was wrong with my first post.
Time to dust off the Flagstones of Trokair.
Flagstones also pairs well with Springbloom Druid
