What if we get another sweet generic land that fits everything?
Snowy Winter's Plaza

Force of Vigor alludes to a cycle with Force of Negation, costs 2GG, is an instant, blows up 0-2 target artifacts and/or enchantments, and lets you pitch a green card instead of 4 mana to it if it's not your turn. Heck yes, it blows up Blood Moon for free! Unfortunately, due to shenanigans involving Mycosynth Lattice, it's still pretty much uncastable with the opposing Karn-Mycosynth combo out unless you float 4 mana in response.
Seasoned Pyromancer might have promise in Humans or red-based midrange decks as an intermediate between Rix Maadi Reveler's two modes. Ditch Vial to it and even get a 1/1 for that!
After some more thought, I'm starting to think that Force of Negation can compete with Dovin's Veto, Countersquall, and Negate, even if it's similarly only a 1-2-of in maindecks; costing 3 mana on its off days is reasonable, and the tempo boost against faster decks (that play fewer creatures than UR Phoenix) is quite possibly more valuable against the field than being uncounterable or pinging 2 life.
^There's no longer a green card in your hand to pitch once Lattice resolves.
Seasoned Pyromancer has the secret mode of getting a 2/2 with your divination if you're hellbent but otherwise isn't that exciting to me. VERY excited about the force cycle considering both the blue one and green one already seem to have application.
The Force cycle seems like a cycle of safety valves so far. Negation is against unruly combos, Vigor is against unruly prison strategies.
I'm trying to predict the others now, but I'm at a loss for things that could get out of hand that Red and Black could deal with. White, has some potential for something, but I still can't even guess.
It's a good thing Dread Return is banned, because you could go Seasoned Pyromancer > discard fatty and DR > make 2 tokens > sac everything to DR and get fatty back. Guess we'll have to settle for Unburial Rites into Craterhoof Behemoth next turn instead.
I'm just ready to facedesk when the white one turns out to be lifegain
Honestly, white will probably either be an angel's grace-esque "can't lose the game this turn" effect, mass protection for your permanents EoT, or a hosing ability to ruin drawing cards/searching libraries/cheating out dudes.
I wish they'd allow a prison deck that isn't also a combo deck. They hate out stuff like blood moon which is - I think - a really healthy card that runs better against the best decks than against the fair ones.
Maybe I'm jumping the gun and there'll be a moat variant spoiled soon but i'm not optimistic.
Land destruction would settle a lot of the bull____ that I dont like about modern.

One of them is probably going to answer creature(s) and the other graveyard.
My guess is
U interacts with the stack.
G interacts with art/ench
B interacts with creatures
W interacts with graveyards
R is damage based, maybe ampplified if it hits a walker? Dunno here.
Safety valves for different card types and zones. Unfortunately I can see sinking a ton of money into the cycle if this is the case and they are as good as the green and blue ones - even if they're sideboard only cards.
Red likes to force through damage, and hate on Blue. I can see Fore of Red making another spell uncounterable and preventing damage prevention. "Target spell cannot be countered this turn. Damage can't be prevented this turn."
We see this with cards like Exquisite Firecraft, Combust, Inescapable Blaze, etc...
It would also be a cute way of sort of getting Pyroblast into Modern, since it would basically be a red counterspell against blue counterspells.

I expect red force will be like Alliance Pyrokinesis and just damage creatures. These cards appear to be designed as safety valves, not aggro or combo enablers, and a damage splitting spell would accomplish this.
I'm fairly certain that if they print Snow Duals the Flying Draw Snake is better than Strix. Needing 3 other snow permanents gives it Deathtouch the same time that Strix would have it but you get to play this a turn earlier and while holding up mana.
If they print snow duals then they get sued. Not gonna happen.
No they wouldn't. Being Snow makes an eventual Snow ABUR Dual mechanically different from a regular one.

There are a good deal of cards running around that I haven't been able to verify sources on. I think verifying sources is going to be very important going forward.
I've seen Brainstorm as well now, but I think we can all agree that that isn't coming to Modern without serious repercussions.

Edit: wait... no green cards in your hand. Never mind.

**** yes.
We can stop the spoiler season now, between Sort of Will and Fact or Fiction I am satisfied.

Hoping for 2 mana Swords to Plowshares in white.
Have you seen this image floating around? Doesn't look like an official spoiler, but seems like a pretty believable leak, if that's the case.
