So I'm making a deck thats similar to aristocrats but I get creatures out really fast and sac them to deal damage to my opponent. Im at crossroads with what to take out of the deck. Im sitting at 70 cards right now and just don't know what to take out. Would love opinions on what to take out or add. Deck is for modern. Thanks!
Easy cuts are Jinxed Idol (do-nothing card), Ornithopter (minimally contributes to gameplan, terrible topdeck), and 2 Sram's Expertise (expensive; risky play on T4 in Modern). I'd also cut the Lilys because she's bad in multiples.
Just curious on the Jinxed Idol's. Why would you cut those. They act as a sac outlet for me along with removal if another player has it and if they cant remove then damage to them. Just curious on why you'd take that out.

There are more consistent sacrifice outlets that more reliably impact the game. See Cartel Aristocrat in BW. Idol only works when you're ahead enough for damage to matter, and only works as a repeated sacrifice outlet if you're saccing creatures in the same stack sequence. It's also a horrible topdeck if behind, and falls in the trap of giving an opponent a choice of what to do with it. Maybe they don't care about the damage and keep it. Or maybe they do care and give it back. Either way, you're better off with a proactive, repeatable, versatile sac outlet like Aristocrat than a vulnerable artifact with no board presence.
That makes a lot more sense. What else would you take out and add from the deck? I feel like Cartel Aristocrat is a must after reading it. Im just getting back into the game again, played a few years ago and getting back into it so if you could explain as well why your taking it out that'd be great! Trying to relearn.
