Im missing 4x ensnaring bridge for finish lantern control (i have all the deck in pool) so can be a good deck for build for little money
A local player has 4x original black border printing in NM/EX condition but its asking 27.00€ per copy
I think it will be down to 20.00€ at least, can be a good buy those original version bridges?
When its the right moment to pick up 4x bridges? Dont want to spend more like 80-100€ max per playset

They reprinted allied checklands and those are around the same age as the shocklands. That and if they intend to print a full cycle they got no other option than to use the core set for one group.
I'll put my 25 cents here: the Shocks are a good possibility in the Fall sets, since what we have left after rotation are the Checklands, and the shocklands work very well with them. We are also going back to Ravnica at some point in the near future, maybe even this fall, and they might be reprinted then.
As I said before: buy if you need them, do not speculate on them.
Breeding Pool was at 8-9 dollars during holiday season of 2017 at SCG. It's the only shockland I saw there below 10 dollars.
They must have been really feeling the holiday cheer. History price tracking sites like mtgstocks don't show the average price dropping below $11.70 at any point in the past two years (and SCG seldom even goes as low as vendor average).
Do you buy cards online? I almost don't visit mtgstocks because they are not a store. I'm at SCG almost everyday.. to check if there's something I could buyout lol. I buy almost exclusively from them, and check their prices when I want to sell something on facebook. And I'm certain that most of 2017, Breeding Pool has been below 10 dollars at SCG, which is the reason I was not able to sell a Breeding pool last year due to it's low price.
Also, just bought 4x TIRELESS TRACKER in chinese at 7.00€ each because are getting higer and higer, playsets are like 40.00€ on MKM already

Further drives home my desire to only purchase singles. I used to really look forward to cracking packs, but with the perceived rarity of fatal push, constant print run errors, and now lack of randomization at that kind of level my confidence in pack purchases has dwindled considerably.
It's a shame because I really think it could hurt in the long run, as I'm going to have way less 1-2 of random rares for trade in my rare box now. I'll just simply move to buying play sets of what I want/need. Could be a small price influencer if consumer confidence is shaken too badly.
While I get the need to have a standardized experience for draft (you have to maintain quality of as-fan across the globe), I feel like the limited environment is becoming a hindrance to not only what is being printed in sets, but now maybe how cards are "randomly distributed" in the packs. That's worrisome.

The other boxes seemed normal according to him, so I'm going on good faith that maybe this problem only hit some of the boxes. Still, I also saw boxes of some really bad looking cards getting opened such as the ones that were completely covered in ink splotches, while another had a few miscuts that would be huge money back in the early 2000s. Completely unplayable, but still.

hah i know right? teeg - the monster no one knew about
only thing i can think of is boggles, but even then i cant explain a huge uptick in demand. it may be welled positioned, but im not sure if people are thinking its some tier 0 deck that will sweep the format or what.
the deck has been around forever, and its always been mediocre at best. jamming 4 leylines, which takes up slots previously filled by more auras, means the deck is even worse than before at executing is primary strategy.

It was already a $20 card before its most recent uptick in price. It has only gotten one major printing and that was in Lorwyn. Couple that with Bogles winning a GP, 5c Humans, Hatebears, & misc Legacy play and it's no surprise why his price is increasing; there's not much supply and a recent increase in demand. Unless we're talking Reserved List, you'd be hard-pressed to find someone willing to take the risk on buying out a $20 fringe Modern card. Additionally, if it was a buyout then we would have begun to see copies re-enter the market by now; attempting to pump and dump Teeg would be a ballsy move and require a solid chunk of change for the initial investment.

It's a good buy. Nice move to grab some while they are still a little bit affordable. Ponza is going strong right now.. and a recent Ponza list that recently won a tournament has 4 trackers in the main.

Seems like a hell of a fun commander for GW hate - all the white removal, enchantment exilers, and so on. Shuts off a good portion of so many decks. Just need a G or W limiter on creatures.
