The middle two combine to return a card from your graveyard to your hand. You can also just use one of its effects and cantrip as well. It seems versatile. Might need to be two mana.

I feel your pain, problem with that is it's still very conditional removal. A kill spell for green could be something along the lines of:

It can also be cast for 4 or 5 if you are having trouble getting triple blue, at a less efficient price, meaning that if your opponent has blood moon the card isn't dead. At 6 it's too expensive for non-blue decks to play, and it doesn't seem efficient enough for combo to benefit excessively from it being printed.

I would think that'd be pretty strong in a Tron deck.
I'm not sure it would be. For non Blue tron decks, running this would reduce their threat density, and it is expensive enough that you won't be able to cast this and a threat until late in the game, unlike with something like Ancient Stirrings. Basically, my line is that until the tron deck has 13-16 mana, it would much rather see an actual threat so it can stabilize and win, than a expensive card draw spell that gives other decks another turn to get in under it or draw hate. I'm sure tron would try it, but I imagine it wouldn't be quite up to where it needs to be in the deck.
For U Tron decks, while I'm less familiar with them, my gut feeling is that they would rather run Pull from Tomorrow as a means to refill. At 5 mana (one blue source), it lets you see the same number of cards and nets you one less. At 6, as long as you have a blue source it gets you a card deeper and lets you get rid of a dead card in hand. It scales up better as you get more mana past 6 as well. Basically, this is better than pull only if you have multiple blue sources and not a ton of mana, and in that case your tron deck isn't exactly doing its thing.
The only other case I can think of is that maybe Eldrazi Tron would play this over Endbringer, but even there I'm not convinced since Endbringer can win games on its own.
