I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my pre-release sealed pool. I went 1-3 with my pool, and I thought my deck was decent, but seems like I misjudged its quality or built it wrong. I ended up going GW (deck below), trying to get value early and survive to my more powerful late game, but that didn't work out too well. The lack of removal in my pool made it really hard for me to deal with trouble creatures, specially fliers. I would like to see what more experienced players would have built with this pool.
First of all, you have too many five drops in your mana curve and not enough ramping. If you wanted to do GW, I would have done the following deck setup:
Also, Blue seems to give you more options towards dealing with opposing creatures in the form of Ice Over and Leave in the Dust. GU has a slightly lower quality creature base, but it's worth considering. For starters, I would go with this:
Yeah, one thing I regretted was not playing the Countless Gears Renegade over one of the 5 drops (either tiger or the 4/4 trample). More so since the 5 drops plus Lifecrafter's Bestiary were really clunky. Also, I think those Renegade Rallier were not great in my deck; I think you need to be really aggressive for them to be good.
To be fair, I honestly didn't give enough consideration to blue. Those removals in blue seem so bad. Is 4 mana bounce a permanent actually good in this format? (Honest question, not trying to argue). To be fair, in limited I usually like playing RB decks with a bunch of 2-3 drops and tons of removal, so I do have a hard time evaluating effects like Leave in the Dust.
If you are playing tempo Leave in the Dust is really awesome because an opponent might crew a vehicle and before he can declare blockers you can bounce it. I would have gone GW as well, something like this would have been worked for me I guess:
Favourite Deck: Elves (Modern & Legacy)
Standard: New Perspectives Combo
Modern: GW Hatebears | Death and Taxes | Eldrazi and Taxes | Abzan Liege | Abzan Company
Commander: The Gitrog Monster (Combo) | Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper (Control) | RIP Leovold Sultai (Elvestorm, no unfair locks) | Mono G (Yisan or Titania)
Tiny Leaders: Too many decks to keep track of
Pauper: RIP UR Drake | Mono B | GBx Goodstuff | Jund "Melira"
Leave in the Dust is bounce *and* draw, which would already make it in the playable range. More often than not, it will bounce a 4 mana creature or above, which gives you plenty of tempo. Granted, this card is more suited to tempo players than hyper aggressive players, but in my opinion, a tempo card such as Leave in the Dust is what your green needs to get to the late game. Also, you can combo it with the great majority of your creatures in the late game to take advantage of ETB effects and the Bestiary. For bounce spells in general though, I would view them as *half* of a removal spell. Seeing as you are dealing with removal shortages, Leave in the Dust is a good enough substitute for it.
@Vormi, Aether Herder is a solid enough card for it to be playable. It's stats are good enough to attack, at least for the first time.
We'll see how the AER/KLD format plays out, but Aether Herder seems like filler to me. Playable, but worse than most of the other green creatures at common.
The good news is I don't think you were playing any terrible cards, so your evaluations don't seem to be off there. Let's look at the curve though:

Frankly, this isn't terrible either for Sealed Deck. You could cut a 5 drop (I think the Tiger is the worst of those) and/or possibly a four drop (one of the Herders) and play something cheaper, like Countless Gears Renegage or Eager Construct, but still seems close to me. I might play one of those 2-drops over the Mobile Garrison regardless, as I don't think it's a great vehicle.
Sometimes you just lose and it's not because you built the deck wrong....

Ambush Krotiq makes me laugh so much. I keep rereading the card and it keeps not having Flash. In what sense is this an ambush again? I just have visions of this huge Krotiq poorly concealed in some bushes, feeling slightly sad that his carefully planned ambushes never seem to work.
I agree with the assessment that you should cut Riparian Tiger for Countless Gears Renegade - your deck is aggressive so you really don't want to be missing your 2 drop, and the renegade has a ton of synergy with your renegade rallier and Lifecraft Bestiary (although to be fair any cheap creature has synergy with that card). One other suggestion that I haven't seen mentioned and may be a bit out there is to find room for Aerial Modification. Since your deck is so incredibly removal light, you aren't going to be winning many long games, and should be playing as many ways to end the game as quickly possible. While this card is risky, your deck has two vehicles, and risky cards are playable when they single handedly win you the game if unanswered, which a flying Renegade Freighter or big dumb green creature will easily do. I normally dislike auras like this, but your deck needs a little bit more oomph.
