Does this seem like a fun combo to anyone else? If you mill at least one card from your opponent and drop this, they have to answer it or it will deck them out. From what I've seen, cards that should make this work are:
Dreadwaters (common and useless for anyone else, you should be able to get it 99% of the time)
Rotcrown Ghoul (common)
Stern Mentor (uncommon)
Stolen Goods (uncommon)
Add some defense-oriented cards that help you live until you find and cast Descent and there you have it.
Erm... I don't quite understand the connection with milling?
Descent into Madness with trash both players' board positions and hands. It doesn't, as far as I can see, interact with either the library or with the graveyard.
The only way to come out ahead with this card is either to have some way of drawing lots of cards (which is good anyway, so not very useful) or some way of generating multiple permanents per card (such as Commander's Authority).
This basically can't be exploited at Common, so I see no relevance to Limited.
(Or am I somehow failing to read again?)
