This is a semi-update of a deck I played in various forms for about ten years straight. Now that I finally have the resources to rebuild it, I need some help with the updates. This build is intended for a City Champs in a city where non-Standard formats are a rarity and are generally neglected. As a result, I'm expecting a meta with slightly more tweaked Standard decks than normal, including a few BR Dragonstorms being pumped by Dark Rituals.
The only thing I can think of that I need is an answer to Tendrils... but I can't seem to find the slots for it.
Considering that you're UW, there are several answers to Tendrils and other icky storm cards. Stifle, Trickbind, and Gilded Light work well against these.
Finding the room, however, may be more of an issue. I don't think you need the Teferis maindeck, but that is a metagame choice- if you know a lot of players are going to abuse stuff like madness, suspend, or play out a combo on your turn, Teferi's pretty good at stopping that. I personally think that Moprhling is somewhat unneeded, due to the fact that you have 3x Angel- and I'm dead certain those Dragonstorm players won't care much for that lifegain, even if they Storm for Kokushos.
As it stands, though, if you mainly expect Standard decks with a few Legacy throwins, you should do rather well.
And yes, no incantatrix for you. Or anyone. That class makes puppies cry. Mostly because they are the former Big Bads who have been Baleful Polymorphed into said puppies. By you. Because you're an incantatrix.

This is Deraxas we're talking about.
Remember, the girl that just killed an aspect of herself before literally consuming her?
Yeah, I don't see her handling a pissing match in any way other than a duel.

There are only so many epic, psuedonatural barbarian/blackguard half-dragon akutenshai vampire balor paragons they can throw at you, right?

I suppose it's true. Though the logistics implied in a human/Great Wyrm Prismatic Dragon pairing makes me shudder.
...Something tells me that even should all arcane casters in the world unite, that the Grease spell would NOT be sufficient.
I'd def drop Force Spike altogether, and perhaps add in versatility like Disenchant, which is rarely dead against many decks, as opposed to Force Spike. I'm also not too big on Accumulated Knowlege when you have access to Fact or Fiction. I might take out Morphling in favor of either a 4th Exalted Angel, or add 2 copies of Decree of Justice *cycles, draws a card, and makes tokens. Between Angels, Decree and Teferi, thats a nice spread of finishers with different abilites. If you felt comfortable, remove Mishra's Factory for more basics, and possibly add Vedalken Shackles main. You would be fine with 8-10 counters. Between Shackles, STP, Wrath, Disenchant, you should be able to control the field. I think 8 counters is fine, FOW and Counterspell, Brainstorm rocks and Fact or Fiction is a must. Thats my advice. If you feel the need to beat combo......Id go a different route, prolly with Counterbalance.
The only thing I can think of that I need is an answer to Tendrils... but I can't seem to find the slots for it.
