Finally got around to putting this idea into action. I felt that the mono blue Omnitell lists continued to have a lot of durdle draws. Basically a card away from winning and I seem to just be spinning my wheels with cantrip into cantrip until I lose. I decided I wanted something that had a few more options that would let me have pressure while still threatening a combo, think elves but with protection. This is what I've been working with so far:
Notably I don't have a full board yet, but testing so far has proven interesting. Have only played against death and taxes and miracles so far, but the multiple lines have proven to be a boon. The use of multiple zones makes it hard for a linear plan against me to be enough to combat my strategy. Being able to win a different way game 2 also makes sideboarding a nightmare for opponents. Hopefully I will be able to streamline the deck, but gifts packages make it hard.
Questions/comments appreciated.

I feel Intuition is win more as well. Really you have the right amount of cantrips and all of the pieces to go off and I don't see Intuition as necessary. I like Monestary Mentor here for pressure. I'm sure you have already though of this and have your reasons but why not Young Pyromancer over Monestary Mentor? He gets online a turn earlier. Also, running red nets you Burning Wish which is an option over Cunning Wish.
I like mentor for a few reasons here. It takes advantage of sol lands is one reason, but the main one is that it closes a game faster. I feel that if I'm not comboing out I want to be putting as much pressure as I can on my opponent all while still threatening to combo. I liken it to elves except that primarily I want to combo and beat down is a back up plan. Also on the white side I like swords to plowshares and meddling Mage as options.

Makes sense. I forgot about sol lands. I know Mentor is there to add pressure and I really like the alternate win con but also Mentor can combo off with Omniscience. I was looking for a Wishable instant to put on the sideboard that would give your dudes haste to finish your opponent that turn but can't seem to think of one. I haven't played the deck yet so I'm not sure how many dudes you can crank out after Omniscience hits the table but possibly a lone Final Fortune would be an option on the sideboard as a finisher with your dudes. Also, Meddling seems like a tight sideboard fit.
I would put Surge on the sideboard for sure in that you can somewhat consistently crank out enough dudes to make it worth while. It seems like a nice alternative win con.
