Deck Weakness - Can have serious issues with fast aggressive decks, as well as mana and resource denial strategies. This deck needs its resources in order to build up for the more explosive and high-end cards in terms of both effect and casting cost.
Far from ready for serious competitive play. Just wanted to throw the "deck-shell" out there for discussion. Just trying to find a home for Karn. Can TRON be Legacy competitive? Or is it just for casual fun?
Would be fun to try and see how TRON can handle the current meta-game.
urza lands are pretty bad IMO. and i would say 4 ancient den, 4 city of traitors, 4 mishra's factory instead of your land set.
why chalice of the void? and what is your kill condition? it seems i don't understand the deck. please enlighten me.

Urza land is what gives the deck's name "TRON". This deck is not about the explosive start, but slowly builds up resources before completely taking control over the game.
I think the jury is still out on if urzatron is better or worse than 12 post. It feels like your going through a lot to get the big mana and then have nothing to do with it.
ok, then how are you going to control the game? are you supposed to be running welders?
condescend is junk. i love memory lapse back in the days when splashing another color means you splash mana leak and memory lapse and not use counterspell. and that was a decade ago.
using chrome mox on a a control based deck is a card disadvantage. why not use mox diamond instead since you have a lot of mana and you run a crucible?
chalice for one disables 4 cards in your deck. chalice for 0 would be the same... decks that run COtV does not run FOW for some reasons:
no problem with the low cc spells
i only need to land a threat that could end the game in 3 turns after it landed.
board control
last question is... what are your threats against your opponent? a single sundering titan is not enough and you don't have any way to put it to play ahead of time. karn is a biggie.... so is the casting cost. mindslaver can be a threat, of not countered. if you can only run something like triskelion and a welder. that would be better. also if you can pack in artifact creatures like inkwell leviathan, myr battlesphere, and sphinx of steel wind plus sharuum the hedgemon then pack in a argivian restoration. now thats a kill condition.

12 post is probably better, all you need is 2 Cloudpost to make 4 mana, 3 makes 9, etc. (of these, cause vesuva is your 3rd post) when you couple this with Candles/moxen you can hard cast Emrakul on turn 3 possibly LOL.
12 post takes as many lands, but they enter tapped. That version can be more vulnerable to wasteland. Not necessarily, but can be. Now, I realize you're trying to keep your blue count up for force of will, but have you considered ancient stirrings in here? It's a cmc 1 impulse. Granted, you're in blue and running chalice. Maybe impulse itself is the better option. However, green does allow for moment's peace, which would save your bacon against fast aggressive decks like zoo, goblins, or merfolk, all of which pretty well will make your life miserable! You could consider board control in the form of propaganda, though.
A deck like this seems like it would beg for a copy or two of spell burst in addition to condescend (etc.). Spell burst could be a hard lock in here.
All is dust seems like a pretty good include, which already has been mentioned. Expedition map is a possibility to find tron (or some other piece). Also, I second trinisphere! It should hamstring the aggressive starts some!
I like Expedition Map. But how many slots should we dedicate to fining TRON? Gifts is very useful in this task, and Thirst for Knowledge dig for 3 cards as well.
If I take out Spell Pierce and add Condescend + Spell Burst instead, and I could take out 1 of something else to add another kill con. Maybe Memnarch, seems like a good creature flavor-wise as well.
And Oblivion Stone could be replaced with All is Dust.
Wouldn't 3spheres ruin my own strategy of using Force of Will?
In my super-duper professional opinion, the Urzatron is obsolete. While you're building the trio, the individual lands suck...and once the trio is built, the individual lands are still not that great. As a poster above has said, the only advantage of the Urzatron over 12post is that the Urzatron isn't CIPT--but the fact that 12post gets you bang for your buck earlier in the game more than makes up for it.
That said, I don't like to call it "12post" as much as I like to call it the "locus package," because in any colorless or mostly-colorless deck there'll usually be more than just the 12 loci that you run.
12 Post is just a bad deck. Something like G\B Tron can work in Legacy just check out Jeff Hoogland`s Tron Legacy videoes you do not need 15 to 20 mana to win in Legacy. 12 Post decks are cluncy and slow. Where as Tron is a way more consistent deck and Karn and Ugin can win Legacy games all on there own and in this Delver Heavy meta Tron is actually a good call for Legacy. But honestly stay away from 12 Post decks there is not a single good 12 post deck

Deck Strength - Solid late-game, with cards like Karn, the Returned, Mindslaver and Crucible of Worlds. Mono Blue also makes the mana-base somewhat resilient, especially to your own Sundering Titan.
Deck Weakness - Can have serious issues with fast aggressive decks, as well as mana and resource denial strategies. This deck needs its resources in order to build up for the more explosive and high-end cards in terms of both effect and casting cost.

Chalice of the Void is usually cast at "1", seeing as the deck itself plays a really low count of 1cc spells. Spell Pierce might also be Condescend, Memory Lapse or Mana Leaks etc.
Kill condition, is a bit of an issue at the moment. Its mainly only Sundering Titan, and to some extent Mindslaver and Karn, the Returned. I would like to fit in Jace, the Mind Sculptor in here somewhere, or another Robot.

12 Post/UrzaTron + Candelabra of Tawnos (if you have them already :-/) and Trinisphere might be better than UrzaTron alone.

3 Sensei's Divining Top
4 Candelabra of Tawnos
3 Trinishphere
4 Chalice of the Void
4 Mox Diamond
2 Mox Opal

It seems to hold it's own against a few decks and I'd like to hear what people think can be done to make it stronger.
Izzettron offers some cool cards as well, such as the previously mentioned Goblin Welder. Red also gives sweepers, like Pyroclasm or Firespout.
That said, I don't like to call it "12post" as much as I like to call it the "locus package," because in any colorless or mostly-colorless deck there'll usually be more than just the 12 loci that you run.
4x Cloudpost
4x Glimmerpost
4x Vesuva
4x Expedition Map
3x Desert Temple
3x Candelabra of Tawnos
4x Amulet of Vigor
0x Realms Uncharted
Realms Uncharted is a cheaper Gifts Ungiven that only works on lands, which I presume is mostly what you'd dig up with Gifts Ungiven anyway.
