Hello everyone! I've eyeballed Legacy for years but never really put myself to trying to enter the format. I'm a budget builder at heart but am always open to suggestions, regardless of the price. That said, I remembered liking the idea of Legacy Madness years ago the last time I thought about building for the format. I know Vengevine is normally an auto include but for my budget start I was thinking Hollow One would be a nice start. I'm still figuring out my land base and will likely develop my sideboard testing against others... though again, suggestions welcome.
Edit: while talking with some friends about the start of this, one informed me of the obviously overlooked use of Arrogant Wurm. I may work things around to include this card.
4x Basking Rootwalla
4x Hollow One
3x Honored Hydra
4x Noose Constrictor
2x Wonder
4x Careful Study
4x Circular Logic
3x Daze
1x Deep Analysis
3x Drake Haven
1x Memory's Journey

haven't played in a long (long, long) time, just getting into actively playing MTG again slowly, but I loved to play my Madness deck back then.
It's missing all of the newer cards, but maybe there's one or two ideas to pick up:
4 Aquamoeba
4 Basking Rootwalla
4 Wild Mongrel
2 Wonder
4 Arrogant Wurm
7 Forest
7 Island
4 Yavimaya Coast
2 Centaur Garden
2 Cephalid Coliseum
2 Mana Leak
4 Repulse
4 Circular Logic
Sorcery
4 Careful Study
3 Roar of the Wurm
3 Deep Analysis
Arrogant Wurm indeed is an awesome card, I can highly suggest to include it!
Another way to play this deck is using Upheaval as a finisher - got the card lieing around, but never really tried that variant.
