So I've had what is possibly a stupid but cool idea, definitely not going to be tournament-competitive, but could be fun?
So in Commander 2015 they gave us Scourge of Nel Toth. Then in Commander 2017 they gave us Boneyard Scourge. These are both underwhelming in commander, but go so well together. Then the upcoming Iconic Masters reminded me that Bladewing's Thrall is a card as well, I just had to try putting together a list for these self-reanimating Zombie Dragons!
However, I am generally bad at deck construction, and would appreciate some advice
So it kicks off once you've got a Scourge of Nel Toth in the graveyard. You can eat Gravecrawlers with impunity to bring the Scourge back. It winds up even more with Thralls, that auto-revive after being fed to a Scourge. The Imps are really just there to get the big critters out of my hand, they do also provide a cheap body to feed to a Scourge and a spare Zombie to bring the Gravecrawlers back if need be. Boneyards can be fed to Scourges, or can bounce back after removal.
Altar's Reap is there because I feel like I need a way to dodge targeted exile, and the creatures are generally happy to go the the yard, since most everything comes back on the cheap. A repeatable sac outlet might be better, Vampiric Rites maybe? 2 Entombs because I only have 2, and am not prepared to drop the cash for 2 more, though I'm not certain if they wouldn't be better as just 4 Buried Alives? The deck really wants a bunch of things in the graveyard, rather than traditional reanimators that are looking for one big target. Other cards just seem like good stuff to include?
Finally, the mana I expect to spend is low, but I'm concerned about going too low on he land count. I think I could drop it a bit, but I'm not sure. If one of those 4-drops gets caught in my hand, I might need to get to 4 to get the system rolling.
If you are looking for infinite combos you could try Phyrexian Altar. Any zombie on the field plus a Gravecrawler in the GY or field gives you infinite cast/ETB/dies triggers and if you have 2 Scourge+2 Thrall it goes infinite. You'd need something to take advantage of it like Blood Artist, but it's something to think about.

You also may want to consider a more dredge oriented deck with Golgari-Grave Troll or Stinkweed Imp in order to fill your GY.
