Pauper Star EDH is a format that follows the same rules for deck building as Pauper Commander AKA PDH and in addition use the rules from Star Magic:
It must be play by 5 players and each player must pilot a Mono Color deck (one for each color)
They need to take turns and seat in a table just like the Magic Pentagram (assuming the starting player is W then the turns are W>U>B>R>G)
Each player has two allies and two enemys (The W player allies are G and U, and his enemies are B and R)
The player who eliminates his enemies first is the winner
The victory can be share if for example W and U end the game eliminating R last.
As you can imaging this set of rules has some effects on the game that sets it apart from traditional PDH/EDH game but the most important thing to keep in mind is: "You have two allies but each of then is allied to one of you enemies"
In other words politics is the name of the game, you can't attack one of your enemies without also "hurting" one of your "allies" and many times you will be helping enemies not losing the game to prevent one of your allies from wining.
The problem with this type of game is that usually if each player brings his deck the balance is out of the window. Many cards are broken like Crypt Rats (as a general) and that's the reason I have been develop this 5 decks to ensure the game is as fun and balance as possible.
The idea is pulling this 5 decks and have a fun time without letting any player feeling overpower/underpower that's is why i'm posting here asking for help to balance this 5 decks.
That's why don't want any "non-interactive"/"broken" cards like Rhystic Study that is too oppressive and can only be answer by W and G.
Just remember that i'm not super attached to any card here (including generals) so if you know/thing of better generals/cards please let me know using the following suggestion format (This card in) > (This card out):
Just last saturday my playgroup revealed our holiday presents to eachother in the form of EDH star decks with a spending limit of $30 per deck. We spent atleast 8 hours playing the decks we recieved and rotated around to try them all. We all felt like it was the most fun we'd had playing Magic in many months!
It was refreshing playing EDH games that weren't dominated by the typically powerful cards seen in competitive or even most casual builds. It felt like the games I used to play at the cafeteria in school when I was a kid but every deck was pushed to the $30 limit by people much better at building decks than what I came across back in the day.
I'd recommend people play star EDH/PDH atleast once in your life!

Chittering Rats > Drainpipe Vermin
I will keep a change log here:
Nothing here
Nothing here
Nezumi Bone-Reader > Nezumi Graverobber
Nezumi Bone-Reader is cheaper and more reliable.
Masive update on the black deck, the new general is Lord of the Accursed and now the deck is pretty much zombie tribal.
Nothing here

Thanks for your help, and i hope you will enjoy this fun format with your friend as much as I do.
