To start things off I would like to thank Kyidro_2 for his Village under Siege Horde. His 3 necromancer idea inspired my list greatly and quite a bit of it I used for my own. Would also like to thank Cryogen for his Horde Primer (of sorts) alot of rules and ideas also came from his thread. I built this horde and only had the pleasure of playing against it twice with more than 2 people. With just me and my wife weve probably played it a total of 7 times. So with out any more talk here is my Horde.
The Triad
One dark and foggy evening you find yourself in a tavern. Trying to relax after a long day of travel you overhear the locals in frantic whispers “The Triad is coming”...”we failed to pay tribute”...”tonight is the Reckoning.” You look around at the Panic and walk up to the Barkeep and ask what is going on. “The Triad is coming, Leave now before it’s too late!” he says as a dense fog rolls through town. “It’s already begun” the barkeep says terrified. You leave the Tavern to see three figures emerge out of the Fog. “You all have been Warned ...Tribute must be paid, Failure will bring our Champions and the Horde” The three state in unison before disappear back into the fog. You look around for answers just as you see Zombies emerging from the fog.

Terms
Survivors are the players facing the Horde, they share a Life total.
A Triad is one of the 3 different decks. Only one Triad can be active at a time.
The Horde is all 3 decks together.
Gameplay Rules
Survivors life total starts out at 60 life.
There is three separate 60 card decks that will be chosen at random at the start of the game as to which of the Triad you will face first.
Survivors always go first. Survivors have 3 turns before a Triad takes it’s first turn.
If the survivors have less than 3 players then Increase the number of turns taken by 1 for each player lacking. (Example if only 1 person is facing the Horde, then they take 5 turns)
If the survivors have more than 3 players then Decrease the number of turns taken by 1 for each additional player. (Example for 5 survivors, only 1 turn before the horde’s turn)
All creatures of the Horde have haste and must attack if able. The Horde decks have infinite mana. Costs such as Propaganda is paid by the Lowest power Zombie not attacking. One zombie=2cmc effect. Effects such as Rhystic Study is paid automatically
When the Horde loses life it mills a card into the GY for each life lost.
When a commander hits the Horde mill an extra 3 cards
If a single commander does a total of 21 damage to a Triad Deck you may exile the Triad’s GY (after the cards are put from the Library to the GY from the damage). The Damage resets each time a Triad has no cards in their library.
If the Horde is targeted by a Mill effect that is “mill till you hit a land” instead they only mill 2 cards per land hit.
Each Triad has their own Commander which will be summoned on the 4th turn and every 3 turns after it dies.
If the Commander would be tucked it automatically goes to the command zone instead.
If a single Triad Commander deals 40 damage, the Survivors lose the game.
The Horde always plays with it's hand revealed.
If a card is returned to the Horde’s hand it is automatically cast next turn.
If the active Triad would gain life, it puts one card per life gained randomly from its graveyard on the bottom of its' library for each life gained.
When a card with flashback is put into the graveyard, it is flashbacked during the horde's next first main phase.
When a card with unearth is put into the graveyard, it is unearthed during the horde's next first main phase.
Whenever there is one or more planeswalker(s) in play, zombie tokens will divert their attacks from the survivors and attack the planeswalker(s). If there is more than one, they will equally divide among the planeswalkers, with the odd number going for the one with the most loyalty counters. (Note: the number of zombies that will attack a planeswalker will never exceed the number of loyalty counters on that planeswalker, so any extra zombies will revert back to attacking the survivors.)
Tokens that are found in the Horde deck are considered cards and maybe be bounced to the hand or stay in the graveyard. If placed in the hand, they are put onto the battlefield during the horde's next main phase.
Cards that create tokens create "True Tokens". These tokens do not stay in the graveyard and are removed from the game like normal tokens.
Whenever a spell or an ability the Horde controls would target a single survivor or a single permanent that survivor controls, copy that spell or ability for each survivor targeting each one, or a permanent they control
If one of the Survivors run out of cards in their deck. They can drop from the game leaving the Life total the same or deal 15 damage to the survivors and reshuffle everything but Lands into their deck. (Commander goes to command zone)
Effects that would cause you to win the game or the horde to lose the game. Instead cause the current Triad to put all cards from their library to the GY. Exile the card that caused the win/loss. At the beginning of the Horde’s next pre-untap step if there is still a Triad left the game will continue.
When a New Triad becomes active. It exiles one card at random that is a part of a infinite combo.
The Horde's Turn
Before the untap step, if the active Triad's library is empty, Remove that Triad’s GY from the game & randomly switch to another Triad deck that hasn't been used yet becomes active. Permanents on the feild and hand stay.
If the commander is still active, they stay active until they are killed. Once they are killed they will not be summoned again.
Upkeep - any upkeep triggers happen
First main phase -
Reveal cards until a non-token card is revealed.
All tokens enter the battlefield. This does not use the stack and cannot be responded to.
All spell(s) are cast in the order they were revealed.
Combat phase - At the beginning of combat phase a survivor will be chosen at random. All creatures which are legally able to attack must attack that survivor (note that all creatures have haste). Or Planeswalkers if any are in play. Exceptions for certain Non-Token Creatures.
Second main phase - Any cards drawn or returned to hand during the first main phase are now cast. Only the active Triad may cast spells or put tokens onto the battlefield from their hand.
Special Card Rules
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed- Will attack the turn after summoned and every other turn after unless forced to attack by the survivors.
Grimgrin, Corpse-Born- Attacks every turn if able. Only Tokens can be sacrificed for his ability. (Gravecrawlers first, then Zombies, Giants, Abattoir Ghoul.) When he attacks one creature is chosen at random from the Survivor being attacked.
Sedris, the Traitor King- Attacks every turn if able, will Unearth all creatures, the turn after summoned, from GY only if there is no Unearthed Creatures on the Battlefield.
Pontiff of Blight- he does not give extort to all creatures and will only trigger extort on Non-Token cards.
Undead Alchemist- It’s ability only affects itself. When Undead Alchemist does damage his triggers will done by all Survivors.
Sutured Ghoul- Only/All Token creatures can/will be exiled from the GY for his ability.
Gravecrawler- can only be summoned from the GY during the first main phase.
Forbidden Alchemy- A non-token card will always go to the hand. If there is more than one non-token drawn then the choice is made at random.
Deathbringer Thoctar- Once 10 or more counters are on the creature, remove all the counters and deal that much damage to the Survivors. This will happen during the second main phase.
Liliana’s Reaver- When this creature deals damage Every Survivor will Discard but only one 2/2 Zombie will be put into play
Elder Mastery- If this enchantment is revealed and Sedris is not on the field, exile it. When Sedris, the Traitor King is summoned this enchantment is casted targeting Sedris. If Sedris does not resolve when this enchantment is exiled, Elder Mastery will go to the GY.

15-4 Losses 1st- 5 people, 1 Rafik-1 Gisela-1 Ruric Thar-1 Glissa-1 Prossh. 17 Life Remaining 2nd- 1 person (my wife) with Oloro. 123 life remaining (2 infinite combos used) 3rd- Myself with Doran. 3 Life Remaining 4th- 3 people, 1 Gisela (got Assemble the Legion out) 1 Thraximundar 1 Vorosh
As Always I am looking for suggestions on how I can improve this, when it comes down to it I would rather have the Horde deck be to hard than to easy, My meta has yet to be able to beat it but everytime we have played it, it was alot of fun and we would change decks and try again.
I have finally had the pleasure of beating the Horde solo with my Doran Deck. Barely but I was able to pull it off. So the horde decks have officially lost 3 times
For survivors extra turns, do they get 3 extra turns each at the beginning for 3 players or 3 extra turns total to be used however?
I keep editing this for questions, and then reading and figuring out the answers. I'm excited to try to bring this in the next time I'm at my gaming store. We'll see what happens.
i think that looks pretty good.. i don't really get how you deal with sedris... is it that it can unearth one creature per turn? or do you unearth all of them the first pre-combat main phase from the graveyard? cuz if its the latter, thats a pretty hectic situation if you mill or do any damage to the triad!
I really like this idea. Being able to play Magic solo or with a group and kill zombies while doing it is a lot of fun. I like this.

This might seem crazy and it is. The trick is to not let Sedris live a full turn, use tutors for removal and or exile his Gy often. Talk to your teammates and coordinate
