Is this a 1v1 deck, or meant to play in multiplayer?
I presume given the lack of cards like slagwurm armor and accorder's shield that you're chosing to focus on KG's first ability rather than their second?
This deck should function alright in both modes, but multiplayer for now.
The deck is mainly focused on first ability, yes, the second is currently reactive more than anything, although those two cards you mentioned would allow a shift in gears.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.

Treefolks are pretty awesome with your commander, because they have pretty high toughness for their mana costs.
What ones do you think are good enough? I'm trying to prioritise value and poison over high toughness, but some might be worth considering. Or the other option was covered by Dolono using equipment for same effect.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.

I actually think you have the right idea with the infect strategy, and would shy away from the whole tokens generator ability, unless you're using saprolings defensively, or for the odd sac effect like altar's reap.
When I had my KG list going, I first focused on the 2nd ability but found it was rather lacking when my opponents were simply spitting out higher quality creatures. It got too mana intensive to produce and send in 6+ saprolings, only to have 3 or so survive and connect with the opponent. The 1st ability landed up being much more relevant when you can send a pumped, intimidate, hexproof dude past all the opponent's blockers. I would recommend fitting in the armor and shield, but I don't think it advances your game state enough to include big-butt treefolk, even though they can be sac-ed for an impressive number of tokens.
I've been liking cyclers more and more in my PDH decks, as ways to dig through the early game, and as efficient threats later on. Over expensive creatures like citanul woodreaders and ulamog's crusher, I'd like to recommend wirewood guardian and/or twisted abomination. My dream is for wizards to one day complete an enemy colored cycle of alara reborn cycler cards; ex pale recluse and monstrous carabid.

So you would advocate Phyresis too? I've been using the cyclers in other decks, although this is attempting to have just value and infect to somewhat imitate the 60card pauper format version. Has Ulamog's Crusher done poorly for you? For me only certain decks can deal with it.

I knew of other ones, but cost was generally too inefficient outside maybe sliver to be played, for example for cost of Pestilent Souleater I could get better value with a non-poison creature or answer someone's creature. I like the poison guys to be good on their own, one could push the theme further, but as a choice I'm running the 15 best IMO (although after your comment I'm tempted for virulent).
