This is the second half of the DGM commanders I wanted to build. Along with Ascended Lawmage, these two uncommons really struck a chord with me.
This deck really made me wish I could fit more cards in. So many cool things to do with it, but I finally cut it down and it performs really well. I still have a few more cards I want to work in, but I'm very happy with the strength of the list right now.
As always, I'd like to mention that my pauper decks are primarily meant for 1v1 play and follow normal EDH rules (40 life, 21 commander damage).

Since your deck operates so much better with Blaze Commando in play than without, how about some acceleration and protection? There are all sorts of mana rocks out there, but Gold Myr, Iron Myr, and Manakin can all contribute to a leathal attack with your mass pump spells. Speaking of the pump spells, the ones that only add one power don't seem good enough. They're like conditional Mob Justice's. Also, Righteous Charge is uncommon.
For protection, probably the best option in RW is Whispersilk Cloak. It has the added benefit of making your beefy commander unblockable. After that there are a bunch of white auras and instant that give protection from a color.
Finnaly, Orim's Thunder gives you some utility and triggers Commando.
Edit: Yes, more card manipulation. I would say "more card draw", but out of commons with color identity RW there's probably not much. Drifting Meadow and Smoldering Crater can help smooth out your draws. Mind Stone, as you mentioned, is an all-around great card in EDH. Darksteel Pendant is kinda slow and weak, but at least it's consistent manipulation.
What about Raid Bombardment instead of Goblin Bombardment? Since you've got so many tokens to swing with, it could easily put you over the edge just by itself.
and a bit more ramp like Mind Stone and Infernal Plunge. COmmando being 5cc means we usually need him out sooner than later because so much of the design is built around getting extra value from burn spells, and yours has more token generators than mine, I will be taking a few ideas from you tho.
I find that I can still put out enough damage even without the commando to win. This being meant for 1v1 makes it easier to win the game since I only need to do 40 points of damage as opposed to 120.
Orim's thunder is nice (I run it in one of my regular builds) but I like more unconditional removal. Creatures are the most powerful permanent type inpauper so I don't quite need the removal for artifacts and enchanments. Destroying equipment is nice but the most common enchantments are buffs or pacifism effects, neither of which I'm super worried about in this build considering how aggressive the deck is.
Making 2 dudes for one mana while taking out a blocker or a chunk of life is strong enough in my opinion. I do however want to add a little more ramp to get the commando out quicker.

Tempest's rarity symbols always confuse me, I'll switch Goblin Bombardment for Whispersilk Cloak
