The normal stuff will follow soon, but this is my most played pauper deck and the one I took ages to post up, I hope you like it, it's got a lot of fun shenanigans involving moving auras and counters.

What is Pauper Commander?
1. Same rules as Commander.
2. Commander is an uncommon. It can be any uncommon, not just a legend.
3. Rest of deck must be common in a non-Magic Online (the online exclusive Masters Editions come to mind) printing!
To be strong a Pauper Commander deck must use or have an answer to the 'Four Pillars':
1. Fireball and variants - Red and black have them, be able to survive it.
2. Capsize- Banned in some places, you need to be able to disrupt the buyback.
3. Pestilence and its variants - board sweepers, be ready.
4. Alabaster Potion and variants - Lifegain, the opposite of Fireball, reusable effects also count.
Note: I am aware of the infinite mana generation and storm combo, but feel the storm combo is too vulnerable in my local area and not needed here and the infinite mana does not have too many ways to profit with this particular general compared to Zameck Guildmage.
Change Log
08/05/2013 Ondu Giant -> Thrashing Mossdog - I have enough ramp as is and the scavenge provides good utility upon its death.
17/06/2013 Repeal -> Into the Roil - A friend recommend this change as it will almost always be cheaper and there is a non-card auction if unable to pay full cost with card. Both serve same purpose, so both could be run, but I agree the cheaper spell is better.
19/06/2013 Theft of Dreams -> Mystic Remora - Different card draw means, Remora has potentially greater capacity.
Return to Ravnica Paralyzing Grasp - Notably this is a reprint, but Return to Ravnica was the most set for it. This is the standard your creature doesn't untap aura that I need to shift around. Stealer of Secrets - Stealer serves a similar function to Ninja of the Deep Hours and is cheaper to hard cast. Transguild Promenade - This is great colour fixing and a direct copy of Rupture Spire.
Dragon's Maze Thrashing Mossdog was included, but salvage cost was too high.
Modern Masters Moldervine Cloak - Being able to reuse this at such low cost makes this similar to Rancor, but arguably stronger. Perilous Research - Card draw is import and this allows a creature that is already dying to be used for benefit, or even a weak mana ramp creature that is no longer needed. - Removed, but is still very strong. Walker of the Grove - As an uncommon this was very playable and the "leaves play" Reveillark style trigger allows there to be some tricks with it besides getting the 3/3 beast when it dies.

i am putting this together as my first pauper deck, i picked it because i have a lot of the cards on hand. i can't help but think opal palace would be a great addition?
i'll probably stick it in my final build.
i really like that you did all of the guildmages, i'll probably build a couple more soon.
thanks!

Change Log
Ondu Giant -> Thrashing Mossdog - I have enough ramp as is and the scavenge provides good utility upon its death.
07/06/2013
Beastermaster's Magemark -> Moldervine Cloak - The magemark wasn't exactly impressive and Moldervine Cloak certainly is, I always wanted to use and not at common rarity I can.
Rampant Growth -> Perilous Research -> There was more than enough mana ramp as is, but more card draw always helps.
Trapjaw Kelpie -> Walker of the Grove -> Both are good creatures are effectively need to be killed twice, but the Walker allows a few more tricks.
17/06/2013
Repeal -> Into the Roil - A friend recommend this change as it will almost always be cheaper and there is a non-card auction if unable to pay full cost with card. Both serve same purpose, so both could be run, but I agree the cheaper spell is better.
19/06/2013
Theft of Dreams -> Mystic Remora - Different card draw means, Remora has potentially greater capacity.
26/06/2013
Perilous Research -> Rush of Knowledge - Rush has a greater capacity, however, PR could return at expense of Train of Thought.
13/11/2013
Thrashing Mossdog -> Ivy Lane Denizen - Rather than a high cost, the IVD costs the same and offers passive benefits.
Stealer of Secrets -> Steady Progress - Proliferate is a useful mechanic and this the most mana efficient one to use.
Spectral Flight -> Ghostly Flicker - This aura is the weakest, but still very good, removed to enable flicker combo.
New Inclusions
Return to Ravnica
Paralyzing Grasp - Notably this is a reprint, but Return to Ravnica was the most set for it.
Gatecrash
Scatter Arc - This is Bone to Ash or Exclude for non-creatures.
Ivy Lane Denizen - IVD functions very well with a commander.
Simic Guildgate - This is an automatic exclusion in two colour pauper deck.
Dragon's Maze
Thrashing Mossdog was included, but salvage cost was too high.
Modern Masters
Moldervine Cloak - Being able to reuse this at such low cost makes this similar to Rancor, but arguably stronger.
