This deck is simply a less potent version of my regular Glissa EDH. I got tired of seeing all the same format staples game after game and decided to switch it up. The strategy, however, remains unchanged. You're simply looking to generate more card advantage than your opponent and once they're all out of steam, go in for the kill. This deck frequently wins 1v1s and only gets more silly in a multiplayer environment where others are casting spells to kill off opponents creatures.
The strategy:
As posted above, the gist of the deck is to generate card advantage and grind opponents out of the game, then finish them off with infect.
First priority is to get to the card advantage. The cards like conjurer's bauble, chromatic sphere, and moriok replica are the real workhorses of the deck. If these or their counterparts can be recurred 5 or 6 times, the game is practically won. Protect these cards however you can. If an opponent is going to remove the graveyard, kill something in response to get these back. The game plan revolves around recurring these cards, whereas chill to the bone cant be recurred once it's hit the graveyard (so if it gets removed from the game, it's nothing to cry about).
In order to recur, opponents creatures need to die. That's where any of the 12 kill cards come in handy. Viridian Longbow is especially potent when paired with Glissa, secure and protect at all costs. Mass removal is obviously fantastic and lure effects (Gift of the Diety) function very similarly when paired with an attacking Glissa and pull double duty by letting infect creatures swing unhindered.
The final step, once the opponent is pacified, is to play and pump the infect creatures. All the artifact infect creatures are especially useful since they can be recurred with Glissa. Corpse cur, specifically, is a card advantage all-star. Tutor him up and he'll do some work.
Miscellany:

Nice list, I dabbled in the infect a bit, but I it was pretty hit or miss in my meta. I may slim my creatures a bit for more Glissa protection so I can use her more than I do now.
Do you only play against pauper decks with this or do you play against powered also?

Miscellany:
Cards that are coming in the mail that I may or may not wind up including:
change log
4/8/13
nonblack clause was crippling
grisly spectacle -> rend flesh
strictly better, already have enough tutorable removal
sheltering word -> ranger's guile
strictly better, gaining 3 life off Glissa was never game changing
golari signet -> mind stone
potential to work as another bauble effect, definitely worried about not producing colored mana. on the watch list
krosan tusker -> evolution charm
trading card advantage for flexibility, on the watch list
fierce empath -> pestilence
swapping to infect removed most tutor targets and I always need more board wipe
gleeful sabotage -> vulshok guantlets
testing, probably will get swapped for cranial plating
dross golem -> vector asp
fangren marauder -> cystbearer
nim shrieker -> plague stinger
tangle golem -> rot wolf
thundering tanadon -> glistener elf
twisted abomination -> blight mamba
infect package
phyresis -> ???
no idea, just dissappeared into the ether. Anyways, it got taken out because infect went from an alternate wincon to the wincon and all the beaters that this card attached to went away.
Any comments? More importantly, any suggestions?
