Training Grounds is a must in here as is Soothsaying, Mirri's Guile, and Sensei's Divining Top all of which can be tutored with Dizzy Spell as well. I would also run Biomancer's Familiar and Heartstone to reduce Kenessos's activated ability even further. Stormtide Leviathan would be nice specifically for the synergy with Carpet of Flowers and Quicksilver Fountain alongside running Serpents such as Dreamwinder and Kukemssa Serpent. Noxious Revival could make for some interesting recursion to cast with your Commander at the mere cost of 2 life also Lurking Predators seems pretty good in here seeing as how you could sneak one of your creatures for free easier.

Oath of Druids seems pretty good in here as well. No Kederekt Leviathan? It's ETB is too good not to pass up. Mystic Speculation seems really strong with Kenessos to Scry 4 every time you Buyback it. Long-Term Plans can help tutor for a creature you want to cast for free from your Commander If you have an ability to rearrange the top cards of your library to do it. Scroll Rack wouldn't be bad in here either. Maybe instead of Pattern of Rebirth you could look into Cream of the Crop to dig through your deck more compared to Season of Growth which has you Scry 2 per creature entering the battlefield under your control. I can sort of see why you want to go Mono Blue in here though adding Green can help fix some problems you might be having.
