I played this deck a while back with Tryno. He ended up not getting it off the ground so I figured I would shift this to my own thread now but given I had done some previous play with this deck I thought it was relevant to link to that thread.
This deck functions like a combo (finite loops) deck with a secondary goal to control the game long enough to go off. My preference is to not build for infinite combo and while you could build for infinite combos, most of them are combos that can be used in anyred deck.
Looking at our objectives above, you can see our goal is really to chain gun Squee. Getting up to mana, reducing the cost per cast, and making him entering and leaving play matter is really the goal of this deck. Once you get spinning up its not unheard of to be able to loop squee on the upper end of 10+ times in a turn. In my meta this deck is known as the Squee Cannon.
Not sure if this would be the sort of benefit you'd want, but city of shadows gets some pretty big benefits of recasting squee, and acts as a sort of sac outlet. Doesn't help with the red mana, though.
Wow, that card got kind of expensive though. Considering how hard it is to get use out of.
Maybe Mana Echoes? If you're looking for more ways to loop Squee. Might not be enough goblins to make it worthwhile.
I actually don't have a lot of uses for colorless mana in this deck as of right now. Its possible if I got set up and it was giving me a lot of colorless per goblin it could be ok but I am not really swarming with numbers on my goblin front so much as it being a lot of utility guys. I currently only have 8 goblins and none of those make goblin tokens.
Overall, its kind of just a bad cost reducer assuming it would even work. I think I will probably pass on it here.

My issue with it is sort of that it takes a bit to set it up and it also can't let me loop him more than once. Its probably better as a thought to generate mana to play some sort of enabler before trying to spin up some squee loops. It might be a thing but my concern is how it takes a while to spin it up as really I would want to be producing 3+ mana with it which would take a lot of mana investment to spin it up to that as well as time.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
I really don't execute infinite combos though so while my goal is sort of a combo deck with this, I am trying to do non infinite effects with this deck. I am not against including cards that fit the deck that could go off (I just don't execute them if they assemble).
if you want a use for colorless mana, what about a Gemstone Array? Generate at least CC then spend both for .
I think that Paradox Engine is already really niche here to be honest. Using Gemstone Array would mean you need at least 6 mana worth of mana stones to infinite squee and both the engine and Gemstone Array both seem like very narrow cards that wouldn't be that great outside of assembling the combos.
Gemstone Array could be sort of fun in storing mana for a big turn but if I don't intend to combo its probably somewhat compatible to Mana Geyser.

Its possible but its also worth pointing out that Paradox Engine does very little outside of that specific setup. Its more likely that some sort of Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts or Siege-Gang Commander + Ashnod's Altar + Nim Deathmantle would have more natural synergy with the deck.
I really don't execute infinite combos though so while my goal is sort of a combo deck with this, I am trying to do non infinite effects with this deck. I am not against including cards that fit the deck that could go off (I just don't execute them if they assemble).
