MTG Salvation

I've been working on my Sultai deck for EDH. Long story short is I wanted to do something in a Thief of Sanity mechanic style. It was suggested I go Sultai over Esper due to ramp, which I do like way more. Plus I can still play cards like Thief of Sanity. Tasigur is my commander.

Moving forward to today, I still want to play that style of stealing from people's graveyards. I have also discovered I like playing politics, I do not just want to win by creatures, and I want to be able to counter and stop threats that need to be stopped. I will be playing on-one-one sparingly with just my brother, but regularly at my lgs, usually with four other people. I do not want a deck that is OP or competitive, I want to have fun and I do not want to piss people off.

I got back from Magic Fest about 2 hours ago (people need to learn how to shower, for real). It was my first one ever. I took a huge spreadsheet of what I wanted. I got 35 cards total. A fellow redditor made some suggestions for me as well, that is why I picked some of the things up. I got my first ever planeswalker today, Liliana of the Dark Realms. Even if I do not play her, I Just wanted to buy one.

I think you might struggle to get a decent response because of the formatting of your post.
There's a lot of links there. It's a lot easier to make suggestions if all the information is in one place for other brewers to take a look at them.
Format your deck list using the deck button in the tools in the comment box (second from right) then maybe list the cards you're considering as card tags (fourth from the left) which makes the cards you're sinsidering look like this: Thief of Sanity.
Usually I'd pull the deck for you to get you started but those deckbox decklist make to too lengthy to pull the info.

If you format the deck right you'll spark some useful responses.

I know you are looking towards building a Dimir deck for now but, from your other thread, it looks like you might revisit this at some point. To Rasputin101's comments, it is sometimes difficult to get input when all of the cards you are talking about are spread across a bunch of different links on external sites. Here are some of your links above converted to deck tags for here. I will leave it up to you to actually organize them better if you want. I chose deck tags because that makes it easier to organize the suggestions in groups based on card type.
