Deck History and Summary:
For the longest time i wanted to build a Baru, Fist of Krosa Landfall deck, but never pulled the trigger on that idea, because i didn't find a fun direction when brewing it. When Omnath, Locus of Rage was released that went out the window and i had my Landfall Commander.
Ever wanted to ramp for the whole game? This is your deck. Ramp on turn 2 and 3, cast Omnath, Locus of Rage on turn 4, keep ramping and win!
Let me know what you think of the deck! I'm always happy to get input.
I used to run an Omnath deck, and I can tell you that it's not enough to run just ramp spells and token doublers. If you want your deck to actually do stuff, you'll need a TON of card draw and an actual game plan that doesn't revolve around Omnath.

I currently run an Omnath deck myself, and I would have to disagree with this statement. My deck is centered around Landfall, so having a bunch of ramp spells is what the deck wants. Token doublers are just the icing on the cake.
I agree with some of your cuts, such as Mwonvuli Acid-Moss, Burn from Within, and Jaya's Immolating Inferno, as they don't really help the deck out in any way, besides being sub-par removal. However, Ranger's Path, Goblin Bombardment, and Boundless Realms are core cards to the deck. Path is just another Explosive Vegetation, except it can grab duals, Bombardment is a necessary sac outlet for the Elemental tokens that will help deal those last few points of damage, and Boundless is probably the best ramp spell of the deck since it can get many lands at once to trigger Omnath.
If you want to get serious about this deck and do a little investing, I would suggest getting the dual lands and anything that grants extra land drops, as having multiple land drops in a turn can really make the deck bonkers.
Thx for your input shermanido!
I've been running this list for a tad over 2 years now and i can assure you it does a lot mor than just ramp. Bummer you don't like the existing game plan, but the way it's build right now it does draw quite a few cards already. Nissa, Vital Force has been stellar, as you've mentioned already and i certainly need Rishkar's Expertise and quite possibly Life's Legacy, too. Titania, Protector of Argoth is an interesting card, yet only 7/40 lands i run sac themselves. That plus Crop Rotation and Harrow isn't enough mileage to include her, tbh. Same goes for Wave of Vitriol. Only 11/40 are nonbasic lands, with 7/11 being self-saccing lands. Chances are it doesn't give me any significant Landfall, especially considering it's hurting my Enchantments and Artifacts. Scapeshift would be a ton better.
That leaves Subterranean Tremors, a card that i had in the deck, but recently cut, because it didn't do much work. If i'd add another board wipe, i'd go for Molten Disaster, because it keeps Omnath, Locus of Rage safe from being removed in response to the board wipe.
As said in the Disclaimer, i'm not fond of MLD, so Wildfire isn't an option.
I would also add in Ramunap Excavator in order to access your graveyard for more lands.

Ramunap Excavator is problematic in the same way Titania, Protector of Argoth is, i just don't run enough lands that sac themselves. As you said yourself, my deck revolves around Landfall mostly, not land sac.
If i would be more inclined to invest in the deck, i'd go for the 6 fetches, Crucible of Worlds, Scapeshift and other graveyard centric cards. At current prices that would be an investment that's bigger than the current worth of the deck though, so i don't see myself going there anytime soon. I'd much rather build another deck with the money. Especially since the deck already works in my usual playing enviroment.
I did run Vicious Shadows in my Prossh, Skyraider of Kher deck, where it completely ran rampant!
In this particular deck i only have 3 permanents that let me sac creatures and a single board wipe (i should change that). With the setup i don't get easy triggers of Vicious Shadows and my commander.
Speaking of adding more board wipes, my main criterias would be that they are instant speed - to respond to removal hitting my commander for a save wrath - and possibly x-spells, so i can control if my side of the board survives or not. I've been thinking about Fault Line which even minimizes the damage i need to kill players, Magmaquake and Molten Disaster (can't be countered). I've tried out more sorcery speed ones like Blasphemous Act, Subterranean Tremors, Chandra's Ignition and Chain Reaction, but despite none of them being bad, none of them was what i was looking for.
For sac outlets i'd be looking for artifacts or enchantments, due to being more resilient, that can sac for free at best. Aside from the ones i run already i am considering Altar of Dementia (top deck disruption, mill, free sac) and Spawning Pit (alt. Tokens, mana sink, free sac). Other than that i've already tried Ashnod's Altar which doesn't do much without a lot of draw or Genesis Wave and Evolutionary Leap, which is only so good until you hit Purphoros, God of the Forge or emptied the deck of its few creatures.
How was i able to miss Insult // Injury!? That thing is hilariously disgusting in this deck! Thanks for the advice.
My favorite mass removals for Omnath are Starfall, which you run, but also Wildfire and Subterranean Tremors. Both have a much bigger impact on the board than just killing smaller creatures than Omnath- and Omnath doesn't mind losing lands or artifacts.
If you're a landfall deck, I'm surprised you don't run Traverse the Outlands or Boundless Realms. Blighted Woodland is also great.

Wildfire's off the charts, as my playgroup frowns upon MLD, even if it isn't technically "all" lands. I've played Subterranean Tremors and didn't find it that stellar. Sometimes i wanted to destroy artifacts but keep my creatures, sometimes the other way around.
I do run Boundless Realms. Traverse the Outlands is in my Acquire List for the deck, just never found a seller with a reasonable price yet when i was ordering cards anyway. Blighted Woodland was in an older version of the deck. My major feeling about it was that it always felt like a fallback option. 5 mana for an Explosive Vegetation effect that sets me back a land, meh. It would be a lot better if i'd overhaul the deck to be more sac and gy focused.

Cuts I recommend: Mwonvuli Acid-Moss, Burn from Within, Ranger's Path, Goblin Bombardment, Jaya's Immolating Inferno, Boundless Realms.
Cards I recommend you get: Titania, Protector of Argoth, Wildfire, Wave of Vitriol, Nissa, Vital Force, Subterranean Tremors, Rishkar's Expertise.

I would definitely cut the Moss, Burn, and Inferno to add in Titania, Protector of Argoth and Rishkar's Expertise, as those cards are too good to not run, and he already has Nissa, Vital Force in the deck. I would also add in Ramunap Excavator in order to access your graveyard for more lands.

As for the adviced cuts; Goblin Bombardment and Boundless Realms are vital parts of this deck, i don't know why you'd cut them. Mwonvuli-Acid Moss is both necessary land removal - for what i don't want to run Strip Mine et al in this deck, because they're harder to fetch - and a meta call, as we do have a lot of broken lands there from Gaea's Cradle to Cabal Coffers and Volrath's Stronghold.
Jaya's Immolating Inferno isn't meant to be a removal spell, it's meant to be an alternative Win Con, such as Comet Storm and Fall of the Titans. Burn from Within could be that, but it's usually there to deal with indestructible creatures and old gods with enough devotion to be a creature. If i'd cut it, i'd do so for Traverse the Outlands.
Ranger's Path and Hunting Wilds are indeed average ramp spells and subject to being cuts for Life's Legacy and Rishkar's ExpertiseRamunap Excavator is problematic in the same way Titania, Protector of Argoth is, i just don't run enough lands that sac themselves. In:
+ Life's Legacy
+ Molten Disaster
+ Primal Growth
+ Rishkar's Expertise
+ Insult // Injury
+ Fault Line
+ Magmaquake
+ Spawning Pit
Out:
- Burn from Within
- Hunting Wilds
- Jaya's Immolating Inferno
- Nissa's Pilgrimage
- Ranger's Path
- Comet Storm
- Fall of the Titans
- Nesting Dragon
Quintessentially i cut the alt win cons (X-spells) and remaining sub par ramp spells.
