Ok here is a commander deck I’m working on. It’s my first deck and I’m on a very tight budget. I’m thinking that the mana curve might be too high. Also, there are no white spells even thought i have a BUW commander. It’s not complete yet but it’s about 90% done. Any suggestions on what to cut/ add would be appreciated

2. Also, please include the lands as well.
3. Without much analysis of the cards themselves, the first thing I can recommend for you is mana rocks. Stuff like Sol Ring, Dimir Signet, etc. are affordable and help your deck very much. around 7-10 of these would be good.
4. If you have an Esper commander, but a Dimir deck, your mana base will most likely be almost entirely Dimir, which will make casting your commander more difficult. I recommend switching to a dimir commander like Lazav, the Multifarious and changing your deck accordingly.
Likewise, you can simply slot in some more white cards. The first options would be the solid removal that white offers, like Swords to Plowshares and Oblivion Ring etc.
5. Your style of deck is what's called Aikido - taking your opponents' threats and using them against them. I suggest you look at some of these lists and find more cards that tickle your fancy.
6. If you're looking for cards to cut, here's where I would start: Master Thief, Magus of the Unseen, Cryptoplasm, Soul Seizer, Summoner's Bane, Turn Aside. Also, Dominus of Fealty needs Izzet to be in your commander's color identity to be legal, which it isn't.
Feel free to update on how your deck is coming along!
I'll definitely second the implementation of using Deck and Card tags. Are you familiar with the coding for MTGSalvation? It's not intuitive, but easy to use once you're familiar with it.
As a general note, I like to do things in 10's when I start out making a Commander deck. 10 pieces of dedicated removal, 10 pieces of card draw, 10 pieces of ramp, 10 pieces of recursion, 10 utility slots, and 10 synergy pieces. I think this could give you a good basis for evaluating your deck and determining card choices. The more overlap you can find between these catgories, the more powerful and consistent your deck will be.
