Hey, I've made a Cromat commander deck ( https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/cromats-pride-parade-1/ )
And I would like some suggestions to make it more competitive, and so it works better generally. I've got a few cards in mind to go in, and am searching for the other bringer cards. I wanted this deck to focus token gen and Planeswalkers. So far I've had no trouble getting mana, but I can't get enough out fast enough to make some early game plays. 1v1 my deck sucks, in a group it can hold its own better. Please any suggestions would be good.
For an average converted mana cost of 3.69, which is really high considering you don't have any other mana ramp expect for the keyrune artifacts, you don;t have enough lands either. 32 is not enough for the content of a deck like this.
Tapped out even tells you that 91% of the deck is "casual".
So my suggestion is that you need to choose a couple of strategies and purely focus on those. You can't afford to be trying so many different things in your deck, and then not really supporting them properly.
I'll help you out as much as I can, but you'll need to give hints on what elements you've enjoyed about the deck so far, as too be honest I'd strip out a lot of the content of it.

You have 7 planewalker support cards int the "Oaths", but only 5 planeswalkers. This ratio will leave those Oaths not doing a lot most games.
Your actual token generating is pretty minimal in numbers and they are super slow ones as well (i.e. take a while to build up any amount of creatures). They are also fairly high costing costs; Assemble the Legion, Thopter Spy Network, Meloku the Clouded Mirror, Dragon Broodmother, Bringer of the Green Dawn, Brimaz, King of Oreskos.
Then on top of that you have token support cards; Anointed Procession, Aven Wind Guide, Purphoros, God of the Forge, Collective Effort which quite often will do nothing, because your token generators are so hit and miss.
So what I saying is that you need to really hone in on a particular strategy more and synergies and support it better.
There are a lot of cards that don't do a lot on their own.
Underhanded Designs - not actually an artifact deck, so limited value.
Jace, Vryn's Prodigy - only 7 instants and sorcery in the deck.
Millstone - very few graveyard matters cards.
Kraken's Eye, Wurm's Tooth, Dragon's Claw, Demon's Horn, Angel's Feather - no life gain matters cards in the deck, and life gain is one of the least useful abilities in commander in general
Amulet of Safekeeping - actually works against your tokens!
