I would swap the Laboratory Maniac for Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. Creatures are squishy and prone to exile IMO. I find that you only play Koz if you have a sac outlet. This way he wont get exiled and when he dies, you can reshuffle everything.
What about cards like Blasting Station? Have you tried that? It might take a little long for it to start rolling, but it's such a great sac outlet. Helps get rid of those pesky creatures or planeswalkers.
You're playing with artifacts and there's a few tutors you're missing. They're better than looting your library. No Fabricate? No Tezzeret the Seeker? No Jace the Mindsculpter (Brainstorm on a stick)? Might want to try swapping most of those creatures out for Instant or Sorcery equivalents.
I would even put that Scepter in here and Paradox Engine.
