Artifacts are my favorite card type in Magic, and red is my favorite color to go along with them. With those thoughts in mind and the desire to build with a general who isn't too overused but is still powerful I decided on Bosh, Iron Golem to head my main EDH deck. After a few edits and changes, this is the list I've been running for a few weeks now. My current plans are to add more draw in the form of Reforge the Soul, Wheel of Fortune would go in however it is far beyond my ability to get for now.

I'm looking for any thoughts on things I've missed such as good inclusions or necessary interaction. So far the only thing I can't seem to deal with is enchantments (except for Spine of Ish Sah).

I did forget to count Steel Hellkite as removal, and I can't believe I forgot to add Chaos Warp...
Cloud Key is a definite upgrade from Semblance Anvil, and I will definitely have to change my board wipes around to take advantage of leaving my artifacts in play.
In the case of Grafted Exoskeleton, it is fairly mana intensive to get onto Bosh or another creature but is it not worth lowering the amount of damage needed to be done?
To start with, here is your deck list in alphabetical order. Feel free to ignore it, but I find it easier to review like this. It also puts the Artifact Lands with the Lands section instead of the Artifact section:
(On a side note, your list made me realize an issue with the program I use to create these decklists where it doesn't separate things into 3 columns due to the number of artifacts and creatures compared to everything else, so I will be working on fixing that )
I agree with a lot of Forgotten One's suggestions. Onakke is pretty good overall especially for the options you have to use it in this deck.
For card draw Mind's Eye, as suggested, is pretty good for this type of deck. I also like Reforge the Soul (which you mentioned) and Runehorn Hellkite. I am not a huge fan of the latter card, but for budget options, it isn't all that bad.
One thing I do disagree with from Forgotten One's suggestions is Grafted Exoskeleton. As much as I hate seeing that on Bosh, it can win games. You may find it just eats removal too often, but it is pretty powerful if it sticks around.
For lands, I would cut Dormant Volcano and just go with another Mountain or, better yet, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle.
For the same reason Dualcaster Mage is sketchy, I would look at cutting Wild Ricochet. It is a good "gotcha" card, but I think you would be better served with Pyroblast or Red Elemental Blast (or both).
If you do find more room for draw spells, I would look at cutting at least Wild Guess. I am not a huge fan of any of the Looting effects, but at least the others dump 2 cards in your graveyard while digging which works with a few of the graveyard interaction effects you have. Wild Guess just seems "lackluster" for what you want.
Sculpting Steel and Wurmcoil Engine (I know the Engine is not really "budget") seem like great inclusions for this deck. I would prioritize Sculpting Steel over the Engine though.
The last card I see that is questionable is Seer's Sundial. It is a much worse Mind's Eye and I would argue that you often don't want to spend the mana on it, especially in the early game.

As for some of the cards in your deck, I would offer the following comments:
- Dualcaster Mage - A fine card, but with only 8 targets it seems like a dead card too often. If you are looking for card advantage options, I would suggest checking out Mind's Eye, Oracle's Vault, or Sandstone Oracle.
- Semblance Anvil - I suggest switching to Cloud Key
- Oblivion Stone and Nevinyrral's Disk - You have a ton of mana rocks, so these hurt you a lot more than you probably want. I would suggest some sweepers that leave artifacts alone like All Is Dust, Bonfire of the Damned, Blasphemous Act, and Starstorm
- Grafted Exoskeleton, Loxodon Warhammer - You have a lot of equipment in the deck (8 total) that I think you should shed a few and these strike me as the least useful. I suggest perhaps adding in some cards that synergize well with Bosh like Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient (copy Bosh activations as well as Burnished Hart, Dreamstone Hedron, Trading Post, etc.), Neheb, the Eternal (a pretty amazing mana generator), or Treasure Keeper (nice card to sac to Bosh, Daretti, Welder, etc. without losing a card)
- Steel Hellkite - Don't forget that Steel Hellkite also deals with enchantments. Chaos Warp is also an inexpensive option. There are also a lot of more expensive options like Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, Karn Liberated, and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon.
