This is sort of my own spin on the "aikido" (which I still hold is a stupid name) decks, trying to win by exploiting their opponents over-extension. The main goal of the deck is to win in a spectacular fashion and to keep everyone guessing what the hell is going to happen - no boring repetitive effects, and no actual randomness, just consistently surprising plays that keep everyone on edge.
I doubt it's actually going to be very good, but I've been winning way too many games recently anyway (usually through somewhat slow and tedious means) so I'm hoping this will be a breath of fresh air. Also it's an opportunity to hit a color combination I haven't yet (3 to go!)
Apologies for the organization. This deck is much less structured than my usual fare. Plus doing 4 colors is a mess (the mana base is probably pretty non-optimal but I did my best).
So I guess I will start with some of my own experience. I have been playing Tymnia the Weaver over the last year and I played with a few builds for her. Some of my concerns I guess would be:
1) 4 colors is rough. You landbase looks fairly good but this does not change that 4 colors is a rough landbase.
2) Tymnia the Weaver can sometimes encourage more early game plays. I have an Abzan list that I play with her and I definitely noticed that if I can curve a few creatures in around her it can result in some really solid draw. Lots of your creatures seem to be 4-6 mana range which means that often Tymnia might be your first creature in play.
3) What is your build focus??? You seem a little all over the place in general. I guess it looks like perhaps you are a spellslinger just given where your numbers are at. I just felt like it was very odd given some ommissions and what is in is a bit wonky. I would expect to see things like Snapcaster Mage, Melek, Izzet Paragon, Cast Through Time, Swarm Intelligence, Talrand, Sky Summoner, Docent of Perfection, Niblis of Frost and things like that.
Honestly to me.... I dont feel like Tymnia fits this at all. I think Kraum, Ludevic's Opus seems alright but I really question Tymnia here given my own experience with her I feel she lends herself more to creature based strategies where this seems to be a spell focused list.

Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
Tymna was also a co-commander of my previous deck (with sidar kondo...so also abzan) and that deck was pretty much built for her. low curve, lots of evasion with sidar, board state protection, etc. It was quite good and quite boring.
In this deck she's basically just for the colors. She doesn't really provide much synergy but she seemed like a better fit than ravos (and she does synergize with kraum, sorta). I could have done Ishai, ojutai dragonspeaker (which would have been my preferred choice mechanically) but (1) there were a few black cards I really wanted to use (RWU alone isn't very good at punishing having tons of creatures, since it lacks brume, rakdos charm, deadly tempest, decree of pain, etc) and (2) then I wouldn't be using a color combination that I hadn't before.
I think I'll be ok with this mana base, but I do think I need a lot more ramp, which didn't really occur to me until I finished and realized the curve is awful.
Melek to me defeats the purpose of the deck, which is to catch people unaware. Cast through time doesn't work well with a lot of my spells (i.e. fork). Swarm Intelligence was on the chopping block right at the end, I might decide to put it back in (although the curve is probably bad enough as-is and I already have a ton of copying stuff). Snappy, same boat. All the others go against the goal of the deck by being repeatable, reliable effects. I want to win by turning my opponents' resources against them, not just making a ton of flyers and beating their faces in.
This deck is more about the experiences I want to create than about having a cohesive strategy. I've been winning way too much recently (probably like ~70%+ recently) so clearly I'm in need of a power-down.
