My next deck is 4C nonred Curses. I do feel a little bit bad missing out on Curse of Opulence, but the only color combinations I don't have right now are 4C nonred, 4C nonblack, and Bant... and losing out on black loses Accursed Witch, Bitterheart Witch, and Curse of Misfortunes, which all seem ideal for a curses deck.
To that end, I've picked Atraxa, Praetors' Voice as my commander; there's not much in the way of proliferate synergy in the deck, but Atraxa is a threat all on her own, and Curse of Predation or Opal Palace can give her +1/+1 counters to proliferate. There's also spite counters for Curse of Vengeance.
With the Praetors' Voice as my commander I've also included the four Phyrexian Praetors in my colors for a little bit of theme.
Right now, I've got 64 nonlands in my list. I'd like to cut that down to somewhere in the 62-65 range before worrying about my manabase. I've already cut the list down from around 140 nonlands.
Curse of Bounty: This doesn't do much for me except give me vigilance, while my opponents may have mana rocks and dorks to benefit from.
Curse of Inertia: The permanent getting tapped doesn't have to be controlled by the attacker or the defender, so someone could swing at me with something and a 1/1 token at the curse player to tap down Atraxa.
Curse of Shallow Graves: Odds are decent that an opponent will be able to make better use of a free token, and I don't get the token unless I'm the attacking player (unlike with Curse of Disturbance). Also, the token is tapped (unlike Curse of Disturbance), so I can't even use it for extra blockers until the turn cycle has gone around again.
Curse of the Bloody Tome: The deck is not built to do much with self-mill (except maybe reanimate a Praetor), and it doesn't have enough mill to reliably use as an alternate path to victory (even when combined with Fraying Sanity).
Curse of the Forsaken: 1 life isn't very impactful, and my opponents will probably be attacking with more creatures than me.
Fraying Sanity: The deck is not built to do much with self-mill (except maybe reanimate a Praetor), and it doesn't have enough mill to reliably use as an alternate path to victory (even when combined with Curse of the Bloody Tome).
Trespasser's Curse: While it would be effective against someone making tons and tons of tokens, most of the time it's simply not impactful enough when starting at 40 life.
While I certainly welcome suggestions for additions, please remember that I'm trying to cut 3-6 cards.
9/12/2017 5pm:
- Curse of the Forsaken (1 life isn't very impactful, and my opponents will probably be attacking with more creatures than me, plus my commander has lifelink)
- Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite (tied for most expensive non-curse after Vorinclex, only present for flavor, white is most prevalent color)
- Jin Gitaxias, Core Augur (most expensive card in the deck, only present for flavor)
- Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger (most expensive non-curse after Jin Gitaxias, only present for flavor)
Since you're lacking ramp and the praetors are only there for flavor, I would literally cut them out. They're too expensive and they aren't enchantments. Other than that, great ideas! Curses are quirky! Keep in mind that Atraxa will have people assume you're not running a casual deck; you may be instantly targeted.

maybe Thrasios, Triton Hero//Ravos, Soultender as commander? they seem at least a little more relevant to your game plan, Thasios for ramping and Ravos to get back your fragile creatures
