@Tev - As for the deck this thread is about, I love bleeder decks with a life drain/life gain theme. I really need to get my own copy of Edgar Markov to do a similar build. You already run Impact Tremors - is there a reason you aren't running Purphoros, too? Or is that a deliberate decision to keep it more casual?
I don't run Purphoros for three reasons: it is a casual deck so I don't want something too good, it is Vampire tribal as part of being casual so I don't want to add nonvampires and it is an expensive card. I build my decks on weekly budget. I toss usually $20 at them so once a deck has progressed to requiring very expensive cards to upgrade again, I make a new deck for cheap and restart the cycle. Purph alone would be more than my budget because he's more than $20 CAD right now.
Made these changes with Ixalan. I'm glad most of the cards I wanted were cheap.
Mavren makes Vampires while Pawn does not. As I mentioned, tribal is the theme so even if the Pawn is theoretically better with all of the Eldrazi Spawn it makes, they aren't Vampires. The lifelink on the tokens is nice, especially since I have many ways of growing them.
Markov Blademaster never actually got in to get big and threatening, people were willing to trade with her. I cut Mauler from my Marchesa, the Black Rose deck so it found itself a home in Markov. Yes, I know Changelings aren't Vampires but they got the right typing and that's good enough for me. I'm also fond of the Mauler because it gets huge and then I can turn it sideways.
Bloodlord makes me play stupidly, I cut cards that make me greedy and dumb. By replacing him with Seeker, I lower my curve which is good for an aggro deck and Seeker fits the theme of the deck.
Drana is really expensive for what she does, I rather have a card advantage and pump engine that is the Banner.
Bloodline Necromancer brings back one vampire once, Bishop by comparison has a high ceiling for how many Vampires it can return. This was a difficult cut as I like the Necromancer but I wasn't going to cut a lower costed creature.
White and Red are the least popular color combinations, so I cut that ETBT Land for Unclaimed Territory.

Wow! I had no idea what price he was at - I acquired a few back when he was $3-4 and haven't price-checked since.
I saw the vampire deck in Walmart this weekend and bought it, partially for the Teferi's Protection (for my superfriends deck) and partly because this thread and ISBPathfinder's thread convinced me to give Edgar a try. I've played a Purphoros deck for quite some time, and I'm excited to expand his effect into a RWB vampire deck.
Another land improvement today. Otherwise, I found that the price of Sword bottomed out again so I picked up a copy. I'm not sure if it is better or worse than Worn Powerstone, but I know the deck likes to attack and the Sword helps with that. It's also cool and provides resilient mana instead of something that can get blown up from a Wrath.

lol I also did a double take recently at Purpheros' price tag. I think I own like 4 of them from when they were new in Theros block. I also bought the vamp deck not really intending to play it and then a few days later I randomly thought to myself I wonder if I could just chain gun all those extra bodies from Edgar lol. I am glad to hear that it inspired someone

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
I think both are good. I run Cover of Darkness in my Daxos' because it gives my Spirits evasion which helps close out the game but it is also inexpensive which helps leveling up Daxos' Experience. Throne of the God-Pharaoh is great in any deck that wants to go wide with Creatures that turn sideways, whether that is attacking or making mana. I am using neither because I want this deck to be one of my more Casual decks.
I did make a change after thinking about how ineffective Drana's Emissary is after ISBPathfinder pointed that out in his own thread.
Wait does reconnaissance actually work to essentially give vigilance? I was running it just to not die in combat.
I run Edgar and I will definitely try some of these cards out. A few suggestions from my version.
Cathars' crusade - A win more card at first glance, but its deceptively easy to be insane with even just two vampires being cast because of how the triggers play out.
necropolis regent - Again might seem like a win more, but you don't need much to get out of control. Flying vampire itself unlike crusade.
vampire nocturnus- I know this is budget but he isn't that much and is a total beast.
Voldaren Pariah- Shockingly good, even with little to no way of madness costing it. Being able to sac creatures is good, being able to force and opponent to sac 3 is insane. Card has been incredibly powerful in the deck.
teferi's protection- Insanely broken, perhaps thats why its not here. Protecting your board is much more important than removing threats, so swapping this in for removal would be strong.
A few less strong things I run: Bloodcrazed paladin- Cool but not always insane since sometimes you need to hold him and wait. Gifted Aetherborn- Just a solid vamp. Stormkirk condemned- Surprisingly good, especially with any level of madness. Sorin, Solemn visitor- The +1 ability lasts the whole go around till your next turn which can be quite useful.
Wait does reconnaissance actually work to essentially give vigilance? I was running it just to not die in combat.
There is a response window for combat cleanup which is after damage is done but still in combat where you can untap all of your attackers but have still done the damage. From what I recall reconnaissance was errataed a few times in the past but ultimately they felt the card was fun to leave it a little broken on the better side than to nerf it to what it was intended. The original intent was only to allow you to escape bad trades.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
I had a Rakish Heir do a lot of work a few days ago and it got me thinking of adding more 'go wide' buffs instead of this 'go tall'. Going wide with +1/+1 counters synergizes with my Cauldron of Souls and the First Strike when attacking helps my Vampires to get in, which causes them to grow. It also gives more Reconnaissance shenanigans where after First Strike but before normal Damage I remove my team from combat. With the desire to go wide and the potential synergy, it became obvious that Blade of the Bloodchief was going to get the axe.
How well is Cauldron of Souls working for you? I have a copy in my Atraxa deck but I was considering picking up a second copy for this deck when I saw it was in your main board.
I also run Eldrazi Monument which is pretty outrageous in this deck. It's worth looking into if you haven't already.
It's fun but probably overcosted. A lot of my Vampires are 1/1s so it doesn't protect everybody. It's nice that people have to find a solution to the Cauldron before they can Wrath my army away but the same could be said for Eldrazi Monument which is probably a better choice. I've earmarked the Cauldon for a cut in the future for whenever something better comes along, whether that's a Creature or Noncreature.
Throughout the last two weeks, whenever I had a Cauldron in hand, I casted something else. In fact, a lot of the time I would've windmill slammed a Monument onto the board, as I don't mind sacrificing tokens and I'd like to protect my board while also giving evasion. Going to give the Monument a go.
Well, I've decided to make this a little less casual. It tends to stomp slow decks that are in the casual realm but consistently gets shut down by better decks. Here are the changes:
Mardu Ascendancy gives me more bodies, Vampire or no, they'll be helpful for all of the death oriented effects in this deck. Go for the Throat isn't as necessary, as I found I want to exile my targets.
Throne of the God-Pharaoh is just to cut down the table faster, which is definitely an improvement over the expensive Campaign of Vengeance.
Reforge the Soul is some real card draw compared to Painful Truths.
Stromkirk Occultist is more draw on a body that provides continual draw and deck thinning, something quite desirable.
I have not been impressed by the Highborn, as I rarely have that much mana open. The only time when I do is after a board clear and I'm sitting there with no draw engine. I rather ramp a little better with the Talisman, and it'll stick around after these inconvenient wraths.
I just found and began reading this thread this afternoon.
I got my hands on the deck last weekend and have had a lot of fun with it so far.
My "play group" right now is just my wife and friends who come over on the weekend. My wife has the Wizards deck, my best friend vot Dragons and recently back into magic for the first time since about 1997. Other friends have the Commander 2016 decks with some changes.
Out of the box, I am pleasently aurprised at how resiliant it is. Every deck has bad cards, but this deck doesn't need a lot of improvements to put up a fight right out of the box.
Living in Lima, Peru, we don't have ready access to any card like back in the USA where you can just put in an order and have it safely and quickly shipped to your door. Most any change I make is based on what I already have in my collection, my budget, and what I can find. I also don't want to power up the deck too much and just stomp everyone each weekend.
Some things I have noticed and have adjusted from the core deck:
With only 42 sources of mana, I needed to make some cuts and add more ramp. This deck forces you to mulligan far too often for my tastes. It also would stall out too often as well. I want the deck to have closer to 45-48 sources of mana.
There wasn't enpugh card draw, and some of it was terrible. Adding Ancient Craving, Night's Whisper, Painful Truths, and Harrowing Journey and removing garbage like Outpost Siege, Well of Lost Dreams, and Syphon Mind helped.
Out of the box, all of the commander decks are slow. However, this deck has the ability to make up for its slow start and EtB tapped lands with powerful creatures and the ability to build (and rebuild) an army from nothing.
Beyond improving the mana base and card draw, the next step for me is to focus on recursion from the graveyard and adding sources of lifelink. Out of the box, this deck doesn't do much of either, and there is no excuse for that. I am looking forward to adding Torrent of Souls, Phyrexian Reclamation (which allows you to recast and get more triggers), and finally use Unburial Rites in a deck.
Finally, as someone who love mono black, I apprecate and expect to take advantage of splashing white for artifact/enchantment/permanent removal.
My biggest budget concern is the mana base and how many cards come into play tapped... or are expensive ($). There is no middle ground. You are slow or broke. Such is the life of playing 3+ colors.
P.S. Have you tried Vampiric Rites? It seems like an interesting card. I just don't like paying 1B to sacrifice. I am spoiled by free sacrifice costs on other cards and death triggers like Dark Prophecy

A lot to break down here. My main takeaways is that you're adding Burst Draw, which I've moved away from and bemoaning the cost of lands which I am right there with you. If the deck is slow, it can afford ETBT Lands and just play carefully. If you're playing aggro, you cannot afford anything that slows you down. What makes things worse is the Mardu triad, with only one friendly pair of colors, mana is much more difficult than a triad that has two friendly pairs (my Marchesa, the Black Rose was easier to build a land base with).
I realize I'm going to have to shell out for expensive lands to get the deck in better form, but I also know that it'll eventually happen. It'll just take some time before that happens. I just dislike buying Shocklands or whatever because they're boring, I rather buy much more exciting Sorceries or Creatures - even though I know the best way to improve a deck is to improve its mana.
I haven't tried Vampiric Rites because I think it is too slow. It is 2 mana to draw a card but I lose a creature. I am willing to pay 2 mana and life, but not at the cost of a Creature.
I think Outpost Siege is decent but I eventually cut it because I didn't like that my plays were dictated by this Enchantment or I lose the card forever.
I saw you also participating in ISBPathfinder's thread. He's the guy with expensive cards and good know how; I'm making a similar deck in that it is low to the ground but not as low as him. I'm also trying a go-wide tokens strategy. I feel like he chose Edgar because he can play with Vampires that let him go wide while I'm kind of the opposite: I'm playing Edgar because I can go wide with Vampires. I have a lot of non-Vampire Creatures and non-Vampire token makers while he's mostly Vampires. I am using Edgar as just another way to make tokens to help me go wide. It is super nice when you play a Creature and then get two tokens for it, then when I attack I get even more tokens.
I've made a bunch of changes to the deck have done so without bumping the thread, here are the changes:
This is the change that officially made me decide to cut expensive Vampires and go with a go-wide strategy. I liken the decision to do this was to make my Edgar a cross between my Trostani, Selesnya's Voice and Marchesa, Black Rose. I am turning sideways, sometimes growing my Creatures but doing so with more bodies hitting the field.
Kalastria Highborn comes back just because I want more efficient bodies. Otherwise, Iroas as menace and a Dolmen Gate is my other strange pick. I find Smuggler's Copter to be a great way to dig and with the amount of 1/1s the deck now generates, it's easy to have it Crewed. Oketra's Monument makes a great many of bodies for the swarm; the fact that they have Vigilance is nice because I have tokens held back ready to chump retaliations.
I removed the mana to put more force multipliers into the deck or help with the mana.
With how good the Vicious Conquistador did, I added Pulse Tracker. I am hoping for more effects like this in the next Ixalan set. Shadow Alley helps with evasion and getting my creatures in. Necropotence was snapped up due to its price bottoming out from Iconic Masters. Soltari Champion is a force multiplier that's never going to get chumped, so it easily pumps the team. Zulaport, the other non-Vampire, is added just to give me reach if my board gets wrathed or just generally wreck my opponent's life total.
Legion's Landing to help as psuedo-ramp but also gives me something to do if I have nothing better, otherwise helps cast spells and get my Vampires out of the gate faster. Cliffhaven was too expensive.
Greed is also high on demand, so Tymna goes in as a way to draw more and do damage as she's a body.
Grenzo has been remarkable and does more damage than the Falkenrath Noble who costs twice as much. I swing with my forces, Goad everyone to attack and suddenly their life totals begin plummeting. They also don't have blockers for me when I come back to Goad them again.
This is when I stopped with generic updates and go more for specific problems being solved.
Kheru rarely got any triggers with the move to make the deck more streamlined. Using him for 3 mana was also really expensive. Athreos lets me pick on the lowest life player to have them return Vampires to my hand, otherwise they get closer to death. White and Black are also the most common pips, so he's far more likely to become active compared to Iroas.
Kalitas was as low as he was gong to get I think, so I finally bought him. He hasn't shined in the deck yet, but I've been on the receiving end of his shenanigans. I like Outpost Siege but it is costly and with aggro I have to be conscientious of my curve. I didn't like that it forced me to make certain plays depending on what popped up on Khans mode, so it got the axe.
Bontu's Monument didn't do enough work for what it was asking. Spending three mana on a non-Creature is a lot to ask of an Aggro deck. With Oketra, I am getting more bodies when I play other Creatures. With Bontu, I didn't feel like the single ping was doing that much. I replaced Bontu's Monument with the all-star that is Serra Ascendant who is probably the best one drop in the format.
Scapegoat didn't do that much because I rarely had mana open for it. It's cute, something fun in a less aggressive version of Edgar. I decided to put in Phyrexian Arena because the deck desperately needs draw and it was on sale at my LGS.
Possibility Storm made me archenemy and I couldn't handle it. While it made glorious messes of things and I made many, many Vampires, in the end I never won a game when I resolved a Possibility Storm. Hell, I flat out caused another player to win because of Storm in one of my games. With that in mind, I axed it for another token creator and force multiplier. Sure, they're not Vampires but she is a lot of damage when I swing with the team.
Grenzo, Havoc Raiser does seem interesting. I am not quite sure about the fact that you have to goad the same player as you connect to as it means you probably also need evasion but its an interesting though.

I'm just willing to sacrifice more guys to get the Goad chain going. I am trying to do 120 but with lots of little guys, so I am quite willing to borrow other players creatures for my cause. Goading means they're not retaliating so my life stays safe, it lowers my opponents and it leaves them open for me to Goad again.
Dolmen Gate provides a sort of evasion - free willingness to turn sideways. I like Whip of Erebos, but gaining life isn't going to help me win and too few of my Creatures make for good Whip targets.
Mathas gives my opponents cards and life, something that is the opposite of what I desire. He's cool, but I can't have that inefficiency when I'm trying to attack the table. Hanweir goes in as another token creator to help with my swarm strategy.
Friday night (December 15, 2017) I got m hands on a lot of budget suggestions for "go wide" agro and have loved it.
Glory of Warfare
Eldrazi Monument
Boros Charm
Rootborn Defense
Iroas, God of Victory
That kind of stuff. Just tonight I finally found a Purphoros and can't wait to add it.
I also got my hands on the scry temples and enemy pain lands.
My mana base is getting smoother. My mana curve is gettig lower. I have a decent amount of anthems and protection from board wipes.
I still like burst draw. We have 3 choices:
No draw (boo)
Burst draw (yeah!)
Long term draw (too slow for our deck)
I understnad why IBSpathfinder doesn't like Night's Whisper, but I will defend Ancient Craving and Ambition's cost burst draw all day.
I have added my revised Wheel of Fortune and Time Spiral wheel of fate. I like the draw 7 refill, and a turn 2 suspend followed up by mostly dumping our hand is quite good.
I am trying to simply balance the deck out with my budget and ratios of effects.
Personally, cards like Imperial Seal or Vampiric Tutor and mana rocks like Mox Diamond or Mana Crypt are a better fit for highly.competitive combo decks. I see Edgar Markov as a fun way to beat down with vampire tribal than it is to play a high end expenaive combo deck.
I do like the idea of Idyllic Tutor to fing Purphoros or Dark Prophecy.
I like a lot fo the things in these threads and have my own opinions as well.

I am not too fond of Burst Draw because I like 'set it and forget it', so that when I'm trying to do important things I am not tied up drawing to draw into answers. As the game goes on, each turn becomes more and more important - I rather set up my future turns with a slower draw engine, unless it's something crazy like a Wheel of Fortune but Wheel is now over $100 CAD so there goes me buying a new one. A lot of your other recommendations are also very expensive, like Vampiric Tutor or Idyllic Tutor.
With Aggravated Assault's price bottoming out due to the Ixalan board game, I picked up another copy but for Edgar. Considering the deck wants to win with attacking and has so many 'on attack' triggers, I can easily seeing getting one or more extra attacks in can be incredibly useful. It also perfectly fits into being just enough that I can probably drop some low drop and then swing in for a second time. I cut Phyrexian Reclamation because a lot of the time I didn't have time for it. It's nice as a source of draw in theory, but frequently I rather just power out anything I draw rather than particulars from my 'yard.
As I've moved my strategy from Vampires but token spam, I decided I needed more Creature agnostic anthems. Stensia Masquerade has a high ceiling of potential, but I rather raise my deck's floor than aim for the sky. In comes Ogre Battledriver, who gives Creatures Haste and +2/+0. As an aggro deck, it is a godsend to be able to swing the turn they come down and the Battledriver provides a body as well. I've also found that a great many of my token spam effects put the tokens into play attacking, which means the Battledriver's +2/+0 kicks in right away. In theory, this should speed up my clock and explosiveness right outside of the gate.
The rest are just mana upgrades. I cut two ETBT Lands for two that don't, including two gold producers. I lose a basic but I don't think that's that big of a deal at this point.
1) I had no idea that Wheel had yet another price spike. Earlier this year I got my revised copy for about $47. I knew it would be worth it and could be swapped around to different decks as desired. It truely is a great card, but not needed.
2) We will just have to agree to disagree about burst draw.
In my mono black Ghoulcaller Gisa deck, I use a combination of burst and long term card advantage. In Edgar Markov, I want the game to be over before Phyrexian Arena makes a meaningful difference. Honestly, if you cast it on turn three, then you are drawing your 3rd card by turn six and not getting advantage until turn seven. We want to be ending the game around that time. I love long term draw in maguc but not here nearly as much. I find myself dumping my hand quickly and needing the refill now.
3) Everything comes down to budget, your playgroup, and just having a good time.
We can be a simple "go wide" budget deck, or like ISBpathfinder, we can play with fast mana and tutors, then just burn someone out with Purphoros, Malakir Bloodwitch, and a ton of one and twp drops.
Honestly, that is what I love most about his deck and thread is that those two key cards allow Edgar to hit all of our opponents at the same time. That is the weakness of a beat down deck: trying to chew through 120+ life points. Whith Purphoros, suddenly it isn't 120+ life points... it is three sets of 40 or less life all going down at the same time. Also, one vampire creature means 4 damage. That means 10 or fewer vampires, especially after attacks.
I got my hands on Purphoros on Sunday evening and will finally play this weekend with him. I hope to draw or tutor for him.
5) At least for me, I find the part of saving money and hunting down cards... building the decks up over months from pay check to pay check to be part f tye fun of commander. It helps the deck feel organic. Instead of "here is my list. We are done."

Yeah, my favourite part of Commander is tinkering. Seeing what works and what doesn't, then making changes. That way I don't buy expensive cards only to realize I dislike the strategy they're used for or find out they're useless. I've played this deck enough that I know what cards will be good and what cards will be bad, so I know what to cut in my decks and what to add.
I hate mandatory ETBT Lands, so I cut Bojuka Bog. In theory, the deck should be so fast that I shouldn't have to worry about someone's Graveyard. Instead, I want a land that comes into play untapped and it's cool enough to give haste. Plus I can live the dream and Meld with Hanweir Garrison for big token spam.
The Taurean Mauler is just big, that's fine but I need the deck to be as low to the ground as possible. Every point above 2 CMC must be worth its weight and I've found a Creature that just gets chump blocked all day doesn't cut it. The Bloodghast is a recurring threat and something that I would gladly feed to Skullclamp. The fact it returns also means I can be more aggressive with it and treat it as an expendable body which is the type of attitude this Edgar needs.
Yeah, my favourite part of Commander is tinkering. Seeing what works and what doesn't, then making changes.
Agreed 100%.
Living in South America has also made the hunt for cards, in English, part of the fun. Just simply finding the cards is a bit of a treasure hunt, as opposed to putting together an Ebay or CardKingdom order after pay day.

Legion Lieutenant is a much better force multiplier than Kalastria Highborn, who I need to spend mana on to drain people down.
Dusk Legion Zealot cantrips and I'm fine with losing the Falkenrath Aristocrat for that, as I do not recall it's activated ability ever getting used.
Champion of Dusk is a 5 cost draw spell tacked onto a body, seems better than the 5 mana sorcery that sometimes draws 7 and refills my opponents' hands as well.
Mavren Fein is costly for a minor increase in bodies, the Oathsworn being casted over and over again from life gain is what I figure to be similar. It will also let the deck have more sustain, which is its current problem.
Skymarcher Aspirant has higher power and better evasion than the Kheru Mind-Eater. Sure, the Mind-Eater has a nifty Saboteur ability but he's 3 times the cost of the Aspirant.
Throne has a higher damage potential, but Purphoros confirms damage much easier. After all, when I swing with my guys, who knows how many are going to stick around for Throne's end-step trigger? A lot of my weenies will die in my aim to get in there, which ISBPathfinder really opened my eyes up in this low mana curve build. Furthermore, each Vampire would need to do this in two turns to break even on Purphoros damage and three turns to do more. I'm not sure any of my Vampires live that long.
Made these changes with Ixalan. I'm glad most of the cards I wanted were cheap.
1 Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle
1 Taurean Mauler
1 Sanctum Seeker
1 Vanquisher's Banner
1 Bishop of Rebirth
1 Unclaimed Territory
1 Pawn of Ulamog
1 Markov Blademaster
1 Bloodlord of Vaasgoth
1 Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief
1 Bloodline Necromancer
1 Wind-Scarred Craig

I saw the vampire deck in Walmart this weekend and bought it, partially for the Teferi's Protection (for my superfriends deck) and partly because this thread and ISBPathfinder's thread convinced me to give Edgar a try. I've played a Purphoros deck for quite some time, and I'm excited to expand his effect into a RWB vampire deck.

lol I also did a double take recently at Purpheros' price tag. I think I own like 4 of them from when they were new in Theros block. I also bought the vamp deck not really intending to play it and then a few days later I randomly thought to myself I wonder if I could just chain gun all those extra bodies from Edgar lol. I am glad to hear that it inspired someone

Teferi's Protection is a card that goes in every white deck ever... If you have the money for it. I rather use Teferi's Protection in a more serious deck, such as my Akiri, Line-Slinger and Silas Renn, Seeker Adept.
@ ISBPathfinder: That's correct, Recon got errata'd a whole bunch of times before they gave up.

1 Kalastria Highborn
1 Iroas, God of Victory
1 Smuggler's Copter
1 Vicious Conquistador
1 Oketra's Monument
1 Scapegoat
1 Possibility Storm
1 Dark Impostor
1 Bishop of Rebirth
1 Bucher of Malakir
1 Merciless Eviction
1 Anowon, the Ruin Sage
1 Blood Baron of Vizkopa
1 Swamp
Kalastria Highborn comes back just because I want more efficient bodies. Otherwise, Iroas as menace and a Dolmen Gate is my other strange pick. I find Smuggler's Copter to be a great way to dig and with the amount of 1/1s the deck now generates, it's easy to have it Crewed. Oketra's Monument makes a great many of bodies for the swarm; the fact that they have Vigilance is nice because I have tokens held back ready to chump retaliations.
Next stage of the curve slimming:
1 Shadow Alley Denizen
1 Zulaport Cutthroat
1 Pulse Tracker
1 Soltari Champion
1 Necropotence
1 Dusk // Dawn
1 Harsh Mercy
1 Reflecting Pool
1 Rakdos Signet
1 Orzhov Signet
1 Boros Signet
1 Talisman of Indulgence
1 Heirloom Blade
1 Day of Judgment
1 Swords to Plowshares
1 Temple of Triumph
With how good the Vicious Conquistador did, I added Pulse Tracker. I am hoping for more effects like this in the next Ixalan set. Shadow Alley helps with evasion and getting my creatures in. Necropotence was snapped up due to its price bottoming out from Iconic Masters. Soltari Champion is a force multiplier that's never going to get chumped, so it easily pumps the team. Zulaport, the other non-Vampire, is added just to give me reach if my board gets wrathed or just generally wreck my opponent's life total.
This is more of a mana smoothing update:
1 Legion's Landing
1 Tymna the Weaver
1 Grenzo, Havoc Raiser
1 Exotic Orchard
1 Inspiring Vantage
1 Cliffhaven Vampire
1 Greed
1 Falkenrath Noble
1 Temple of Malice
1 Temple of Silence
1 Athreos, God of Passage
1 Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet
1 Serra Ascendant
1 Phyrexian Arena
1 Kheru Bloodsucker
1 Outpost Siege
1 Bontu's Monument
1 Scapegoat

Made a change today:
1 Dolmen Gate
1 Hanweir Garrison
1 Whip of Erebos
1 Mathas, Fiend Seeker
Mathas gives my opponents cards and life, something that is the opposite of what I desire. He's cool, but I can't have that inefficiency when I'm trying to attack the table. Hanweir goes in as another token creator to help with my swarm strategy.

I have priorizied my mana as well, as that's mostly what's left in the majority of my decks. Expect Shocks to start arriving in the upcoming weeks.
I hope these are useful for you.
I've made some changes to the deck tonight:
1 Aggravated Assault
1 Ogre Battledriver
1 Sulfurous Springs
1 Mana Confluence
1 City of Brass
1 Phyrexian Reclamation
1 Stensia Masquerade
1 Leechridden Swamp
1 Canyon Slough
1 Swamp

Made this change:
1 Hanweir Battlements
1 Bloodghast
1 Bojuka Bog
1 Taurean Mauler
The Taurean Mauler is just big, that's fine but I need the deck to be as low to the ground as possible. Every point above 2 CMC must be worth its weight and I've found a Creature that just gets chump blocked all day doesn't cut it. The Bloodghast is a recurring threat and something that I would gladly feed to Skullclamp. The fact it returns also means I can be more aggressive with it and treat it as an expendable body which is the type of attitude this Edgar needs.

Agreed 100%.
Living in South America has also made the hunt for cards, in English, part of the fun. Just simply finding the cards is a bit of a treasure hunt, as opposed to putting together an Ebay or CardKingdom order after pay day.
1 Legion Lieutenant
1 Dusk Legion Zealot
1 Champion of Dusk
1 Oathsworn Vampire
1 Skymarcher Aspirant
1 Kalastria Highborn
1 Falkenrath Aristocrat
1 Reforge the Soul
1 Mavren Fein
1 Kheru Mind-Eater
