Omniscience yeah, that's pretty much the main reason to run Flash/Rector.
I'm adding Static orb in a minute. Just thinking of the right cut for it. I like Opposition but it's not great but I want to test it with Orb's.
Golem I don't care for since we have a good amount of spells that are hurt by it.
Which token generators were you thinking? I've had zero problem keeping smokestack from killing me so far and with Transmuter/Welder/Daretti have helped abusing Breya
Oh I have heard/seen Flash/Rector into Dovescape before as well (though that would be terrible in this).
Oh bummer, I like Opposition as well. Is Zur's Weirding still working out well for you?
Lodestone would sorta similar to Sphere of Resistance, which you could swap out with Welder when you don't need it. But yea, I guess decks that run manlands are the only ones that want things like that.
I was thinking Bitterblossom, though again, it is an enchantment. You just currently have 2 token generators one of which only works 1 per turn and the other that requires jumping through hoops to maintain.
Nah Dovescape pretty much kills us in here. Unless we can manage to get Forgemaster but not main deck stuff
Zur's Weirding is probably getting cut. Not that it's bad or anything but every other card is better and I'm sure the stuff on the test list is better as well.
The problem with the enchantment options is there are so few ways to tutor them up in here. Almost all the tutors are artifact based and just Enlightened, Demonic, and Vamp search up the others. It's just a chance to get them on board and it's hard to get them back when needed. Hence why Opposition and Wierding, while good aren't quite as good here.

Hey guys so I've actually moved on from commander on to 60 card decks so I don't have any commander decks.
Anyway I've started my own gameplay channel in which I play games (Magic also)
build a gimped version of this; and it felt realy good to play honestly
sun titan felt good as well(then again phyrexian metamorph became a copy so...).
only game i lost was when i over extended and lost most of my board state to Merciless Eviction(my fault for not having a counter ready biggest problem was exile)
managed to get static orb after i lost winter orb but i was 2 far behind.
So not really much of an update since I have been talking about this for a while now
-flagstones of trokair (Mono white for most of the time isn't good when the deck has like 4 white symbols
-Opposition Good but it's no clock of omens. Redundancy is good but it's not quite good enough without me being able to get enchantments when I need them
-Zur's Weirding Sigh....I hate that this card isn't good enough here but now that I really like this deck I should probably cut it.

Looks like good changes. I wish there was at least one more staxy piece in the deck. No ideas what it should be though.
Trinisphere seems like a likely add but it hurts us a good amount too. Not sure about it

Yea that would be rough. I think I would prefer sphere of Resistance over it. I wish chalice of the void was playable in the format.
Instead of Sphere we could always play Lodestone since it hurts us less than any other stax effect but I still don't think he would be good here since we still have a ton of spells that it would hurt. Static orb and Winter orb are in because they really don't hurt us as much

A huge issue w/ lodestone and other creatures like that at this competetive level is that you end up having to spend extra mana to include a body, which is entirely irrelevant in the meta I'd expect a deck like this to show. Artifact and creature are huge limitations. Even though that effect may be better than other options, the vulnerability and expense just don't let it make the cut. I ran Kozilek stax and even there he was close to getting removed a lot of the times. Don't mean to sound like a know-it-all, but just wanted to state really clearly why things like that just don't make the cut here. The further we move away from static effects on creatures, the better off we are.
Hey man, I know you have been busy with your blog (keep it up btw!), but any updates to this list? I am hoping to start building/playing it soon (work has prevented me from doing so), so yea I want to make sure the deck still has a community around it.
A couple of things:
What would you replace Timetwister with? It is probably the only card in the current list that I will never own (please dont add mishra's workshop lol). I initially had Time Spiral in the slot, but we don't deal with lands so much so it has only been so so. I was thinking some grave hate like Nihil Spellbomb, but I don't know if that is too reactive. Paradox Engine, Trinket Mage, or Salvaging Station (with some support) might be interesting.
How has Chandra been? It is the only card in the deck that makes me scratch my head. I mean she is good, but especially after your planewalker list and the new Tezzerets, I do wonder if something else would be better for the slot?
Right now one of the main conditions is Theif plus wheel so adding a low cmc wheel would work. Whispering madness comes to mind.
And honestly, Madness may be better than twister since we want to use our graveyard in here a good amount.
Also workshop would go in when I get one. May be a bit though.
These are the cards I want to test out
Workshop
Imperial seal
Junk Diver
Myr Retreiver
Yawgmoth's Will
Jace, the mind scupltor
Vindicate
Trinket mage
Dimir signet
Ravages of war

Yea I understand putting in workshop. Again it will be a card that I never own unless they do something with the reserved list. That being said, in its current state, I feel like workshop would make the deck more explosive but less consistent due to wanting a fair amount of colored mana. That could be remidied sure, but I feel that the deck itself would look pretty different and I do feel like there would come a point where it would just make more sense to play something less color intensive than breya.
Sure Workshop is restrictive but we play Ancient tomb already and it's a fantastic land. We mostly use it to cast artifacts anyway. Playing a workshop turn one into two signets/talismans means we can likely play Breya next turn but if not we can play things like forgemaster or transmuter easily

I think (or rather, speculate) there's actually some take with the give in adding an extra color on your mana base with artifacts. You pick up a lot more 2 cmc rocks, including another Talisman. In Sharuum I've been able to produce "mana of any color" from some source reliably in games, as well as fetch once or twice- so I'd imagine applying that hear means it can't bee too much a strain. Factory is going to accelerate you into some form of early mana, and dictates your fetch or other plays. Breya for me so far, in a slightly different deck, doesn't have any issue with color fixing.
Ah well, just another deck I can't optimize (gave up on your tasigur deck due to not having a bazaar).
Other possibilities over whispering madness (though they are a bit different) would be Dark Deal and Winds of Change.
Winds of change and dark deal aren't a draw 7 though. With a low cmc it's easy to dump your hand and then wheel into new cards. Wheel and twister are draw 7's for three and windfall is often draw 6 or 7

Last Night player A cast Wheel of fortune and Player B taps out for Notion Theif. This was turn 3. I have 3 lands and good amount of rocks so I whir of invention for Uba Mask. Now they exiled the next 21 cards in their deck including Lab Man and Pull from eternity. That was awesome. Now I have 7 mana so I can play literally any card in my deck I draw (Not Blightsteel) while the other two have far less. So satisfying.
I'm really happy at where I'm at with the deck. I think cutting lands that don't tap for blue (Shocks) for more islands may be better since this deck is pretty much blue splashing the other colors.
Ravages of war will replace Sunder soon.
I need to add Toxic deluge first but Swords to plowshares and even Devastation will be solid.
Finally wanting to improve the manabase a little. I don't think fetches that get green lands are making the cut (Except misty) so I'll be at 7, which seems like a decent amount with 6 duals, 3 shocks, and 2 islands.
Finally a finisher combo comes to mind. I think Rector/Omniscience may be ok since we can kill Rector with breya but I'm not certain about this one. LED/Salvagers also comes to mind. Salvagers isn't dead by itself and LED is decent with Wheels and yawgmoth's will, however it's much more of storm deck and it gives people lots of reason to counter the wheel if LED is cracked in response. That's a serious worry.
I went through all the cards I want to test and cut all the cards that may be too cute. Here's what's left over
Mishra's Workshop
All fetches

Generally speaking, anytime you give the opponent a choice, you are weakening the line of play. I think the recursion we currently have is better because there is no choice and it puts it directly into play.
In other news, Krak-Clan Ironworks might be worth a slot, not just due to its ability to combo and ramp, but also due to its ability to create counterplay with Merciless Eviction and less so Cyclonic Rift (if you have quick access to Scrap Mastery).
I don't like the cards that depend on opponents to make choices. I think scrap trawler is better than revelation in every way.
Also ironworks could make a slot but I find it better in combo and we don't have many needs for a mass sac outlet in most cases. No one in my group runs eviction so I have no plans on ironworks currently.

Since I am not running Wheel of Fortune, seems like no one has stock of it in my country, any thoughts of replacing it with Magus of the Wheel,Paradoxical Outcome or Reverse Engineer or I should just run more removal >.<
The meta where I normally play in normally runs lots of fast combo decks, some kaalia and some narsets (infinite combat/turn).
